★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso capire che con l'emergenza sanitaria in corso ci sia bisogno di prendere appuntamento (da notare che è l'unica arretrata banca che viaggia ancora su appuntamento a Reggio Emilia) però se un cliente suona e lo si lascia fuori al caldo, per mezz'ora, con l'appuntamento preso, e viene pure messo in dubbio il suo arrivo, dicendo che non ha nemmeno suonato, con quei toni lì, personale arrogante, non è di certo una banca. da 5 stelle.
Da licenziare i banchieri alle casse.
