★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando finalmente sono usciti per la riparazione di un forno AEG mi si è presentato un individuo che non aveva mai affrontato quel tipo di problema (rottura della frizione dello sportello). Mi ha rotto il vetro della porta in un angolo e ha detto che non era stato lui con ancora i frammenti presenti, nonostante gli dicessi di fare piano per non rompere il vetro.
La conclusione 40 euro per cagionare del danno e la fattura la devo ancora vedere.

He broke the glass on the corner door and said he hadn't been the one with the fragments still present, despite telling him to plan not to break the glass.
The conclusion 40 euros to cause the damage and the invoice I have yet to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi darei zero stelle meno di un anno fa ho comprato un robot da cucina Moulinex la prima volta che lo uso assieme alla roba tritata mangio pure la plastica del coltello ( ho pensato di avere fatto una fesseria soprassedo).
la seconda volta ripeto l'esperienza poi porto a riparare l'oggetto in questione mi sento dire dopo 40 anni che cucino se l'ho usato correttamente e già lì ma sono inalberata Quando vado a ritirarlo mi dicono che avevo ragione l'ho portato a casa e oggi l'ho tornato ad usare la stessa cosa assieme alla roba tritata sto rimangiando plastica o butto tutto nella spazzatura
Non so che fare? Io ho diritto ad una assistenza"che non esistea comunque io direi che bisogna diffidate sia del marchio che dei riparatori
