★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente Credit agricole dal 2016 con due mutui con relative assicurazioni e tre conti correnti uno dei quali intestato a minore "Disabile". Sono esterrefatto e disgustato e sto seriamemte pensando di cambiare banca perché pur avendo subito danni del tutto accidentali l'assicurazione ha sempre trovato cavilli pur di non pagare danni subiti. Pur avendo pagato l'assicurazione con premio unico alla stipula dei mutui, ho scoperto del tutto casualmente che dopo 5 anni se voglio conservare tutte le garanzie devo pagare una somma pari al 0,3% del capitale residuo e guarda caso per la crisi covid mi hanno giusto giusto sospeso le quote capitale delle rate dei mutui stessi. Ma preparatevi allo scempio!! Da gennaio 2020 sul conto corrente di mio figlio DISABILE dove vengono solo accreditati i soldi dell'indennità di frequenza senza altri movimenti hanno cominciato a prelevare €5,00 di canone 8,60 di bolli entrambi con decorrenza trimestrale, mai presi fino ad allora. Uno SCHIFO prendere dei soldi così ad un bambino di 10 anni che deve fare i conti con una disabilità che si porterà a vita. SCIACALLI !! Ho fatto notare il tutto al direttore che mi ha detto che avrebbe provveduto al recupero e rimborso ma non si è visto nulla di nulla. Sono disgustato spero possano subire loro stessi le stesse malefatte. Confidando nel carma consiglio di star lontani da questa banca.

From January 2020 to the current account of my DISABLED son where only the money of the attendance allowance is credited without other movements they have begun to withdraw € 5.00 of the 8,60 fee of stamps both with quarterly effect, never taken until then. A SUCK taking money from a 10-year-old child who has to deal with a disability that he will bring to life. JACKALS !! I pointed this out to the manager who told me that he would arrange the recovery and reimbursement but nothing was seen. I am disgusted I hope they can suffer the same wrongdoings themselves. Trusting in the good advice to stay away from this bank.
