Nothing a few ton of clay and some grass wouldn’t fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t bother to stay. We booked for 4 adults and a baby. The accommodation only had 2 single beds. It was dirty, smelly and damp. Desperation wouldn’t even have made me stay. One word.... disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much potential but so unloved. It looked and felt awful when we arrived in the rain and did look a little better in the sunshine of the morning. Lots of flies in the August humidity. The site has seen better days and is very run down. Even the new shower block is in a state of decay as maintenance seems to be non-existent.
There is good wifi in the smoky "games" room, but the login procedure is lengthy with the instructions on pieces of paper only in German. The reception and public room are stuffed with all sorts of rubbish, old furniture, broken cupboards, empty fish tanks etc. It needs a jolly good clean and clear out. The staff were indifferent.
A very sad place that I would not revisit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place indeed has seen better days. I Payed 50 euros for 1 night for 4 People.. To much money for a place like this. Very small places. No nice athmosphere. Owner has no interest to make something of the place. Everything is old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here in September of 2000. I bicycled from Zurich and arrived late in the evening around 9:45 PM. I was tired after a 10 hour ride. I knocked and the manager let me in to set up my tent right next to the water. Beautiful summer camping. In the morning I was greeted by gracious people and kindness. The amenities are not much, but they are adequate and the people make up for any facility limitations. Skinny dipping late at night made my stay even more memorable. LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Campsite in an idyllic setting. Very environmentally friendly, but for me, I would prefer the toilets to have toilet paper in them, and to have soap in the dispensers. Beautifully maintained though. Only other issues is the mains electricity cuts off of your appliance uses more than 2 amps. That said, I would definitely return.
