★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mwah. Staff was not really kind and didn't care to help us when we had trouble with our car. The location is nice, right next to the lake with an own beach (with rocks, so wear water shoes) with nice beds. There are a lot lot of mosquitos though. Pitches are average sized but close to each other. Sanitary is good, nice toilets and clean showers. There is a little store and also a restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The camping is way too expensive for what it's worth. All spaces to park your camper are extremely close to each other, limited availability for warm water (although showers are good) and most importantly, the mosquitos will drive you crazy. It's a nightmare because of the mosquitos as especially during the evening they take full control over the place. People who work here are friendly, but it didn't stop us from leaving after 2 nights instead of the 5 we booked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first venture into Italy in our Motorhome. On arrival we were made very welcome and although the pitches are smaller than those in France they are certainly adequate. The site is positioned on the side of the lake 10 min from Stresa via bus which stops just outside the campsite and travels every hour. The site is kept clean and tidy, shower, toilet block also very clean. There is a restaurant on site which is also excellent and is busy every night. Staff on site are brilliant and can’t do enough to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful small campsite directly next to the lake (amazing view). Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Dog-friendly. Nice pizzeria.
Bring your water shoes when you want to go inside the lake as there are a lot of stones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have to be honest. We have never paid as high a daily rate but it was high season. However our location in a pretty, well maintained, airless, mosquito infested field behind the main campsite, we could not get away fast enough and it went down as our worst camping experience to date. Also the beach is a lovely idea but over crowded. No free WIFI access. Staff helpful and friendly.
