K	Katherine Hanley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful experience, they offer many boat rental options so during 1 week stay in the Lake we rented with them 2 different experiences (a day and a sunset cruise) and it was sooooo worth it, also we decided to extend 1 night more on our last night and try their Boat & Breakfast which was amazing. You deal directly with the owner of the company who explains in detail everything (easiest way to contact them is via whatsapp). Recommend them 1000%

Frederick informed us where the boat was located and had another option to meet him elsewhere if that was more convenient. We got a video how to walk to the boat (behind the hotel/club). It was greet, he showed us a map with al the hot spots. Later he send us the coordinates of all the places. We went to the rock monastery, swimming in Ranco and went to Isola Bella. We highly recommend this. We went with 3 children and two adults.

We had very little experience driving a boat but Frederick was very helpful and the briefing before we set off was very clear, helpful and gave us all of the details we needed. Excellent service, excellent communication and a definite highlight of our holiday. Frederick also went the extra mile and gave us some great local tips for places to eat and drink around the lake. The owner of the company was also our captain and he was extremely accommodating, easy to communicate with, and eager to ensure we had an incredible time. The thoughtful details made it obvious that he genuinely cared about our experience. The locations we visited on the lake were stunning. Bonus points that he took some great photos of us and is a fascinating conversationalist.

Knowing that public beaches are rare to find, renting a boat seemed like the perfect idea to combine the great view while having a swim. The team at Boat Rent Italy where able to offer us various options to fullfill our needs(everything was planned within 15min when we spontaniously decided to rent a boat). The owner Frederick organized everything via WhatsApp while beeing quick nice and professional. The price point seemed more than fair for the service we received.
