★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati tramite call center/ Inps risponde, ho preso appuntamento telefonico. Non solo mi hanno detto cosa fare, hanno aperto la mia pratica con quello che avevano e atteso che gli inviassi altri documenti; mi hanno pure telefonato per dirmi che era tutto ok.
Servizio efficiente, personale competente e cortese; 5 stelle più che meritate
 Contacted via call center / INPS answers, I made an appointment by phone. Not only did they tell me what to do, they opened my file with what they had and waited for me to send them more documents; they even phoned me to tell me that everything was ok.
Efficient service, competent and courteous staff; 5 stars more than you deserve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giusto x rompere i così detti, mio figlio ha fatto sei giorni di malattia e oggi è arrivata raccomandata da Inps dove chiedono di spiegare cosa ha avuto e come , ma ha fatto una semplice infiammazione, tendinite,ora gli è passata è tornato al lavoro e dalla lettera spedita sembra che gli contestino la malattia data dal medico , ma imbecilli gli addetti agli uffici , incompetenti , ho telefonato hanno risposto ma la signorina nn ha saputo risolvere il problema
Just to break the so-called, my son was sick for six days and today he arrived recommended by Inps where they ask to explain what he had and how, but he had a simple inflammation, tendonitis, now he has gone back to work and from the letter sent it seems that they are contesting the illness given by the doctor, but the clerks of the offices, incompetent, I phoned, they answered but the lady didn't know how to solve the problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provo a contattare l'ufficio per un assegno di natalità non corrisposto. Dopo essere riuscito a fatica a prendere la linea mi fissano un appuntamento telefonico per il giorno dopo, dicendo che era preferibile rispetto ad un appuntamento di persona. Arrivato il momento passano i minuti e non mi chiamano... Passa un'ora e non mi chiamano.
Provo a ricontattare io ma interrompono la comunicazione per linee intasate.

I try to contact the office for an unpaid birth allowance. After having struggled to get on the line, they make me a telephone appointment for the next day, saying it was preferable to an appointment in person. When the time comes, the minutes pass and they don't call me ... An hour goes by and they don't call me.
I try to contact me again but they interrupt the communication for blocked lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io l'anno scorso avevo chiesto come avere dei documenti per mio nonno e mi hanno fornito l'indirizzo mail a cui rispondono in giornata, massimo il giorno dopo. L'ho consigliato ad alcuni clienti e stesso tempo di reazione. OGGI SABATO PRIMO MAGGIO HANNO RISPOSTO AD UNA MAIL DI IERI, davvero eccellente un servizio che non avrei mai pensato così celere e addirittura nei giorni festivi, meritate assolutamente 5 stelle, grazie davvero!
Last year I asked how to get some documents for my grandfather and they gave me the email address to which they reply within the day, maximum the day after. I have recommended it to some customers and same reaction time. TODAY SATURDAY FIRST MAY THEY REPLY TO A MAIL FROM YESTERDAY, truly excellent a service that I never thought so fast and even on holidays, you absolutely deserve 5 stars, thank you very much!
