Telefono in mattinata per chiedere se ci vuole appuntamento per fare l' isee,mi dicono che non è necessario,ma basta soltanto avere pazienza e fare la fila. Vengo nel pomeriggio,entro e mi chiedono se ho appuntamento. Ovviamente riferisco quello che mi è stato detto al mattino e già mi dicono che è impossibile, comunque non c'era nessuno all'infuori di me e quindi entro e praticamente mi dice che devo fare la tessera al costo di 70 euro,perché loro danno priorità ai tesserati. Perfetto,ma visto che in quel momento non c'era nessuno,non c'era motivo per non farlo. Ed invece mi dice che devo prendere appuntamento per farlo un altro giorno, soltanto perché inizialmente avevo detto che a me serviva urgentemente. Quindi,ricapitolando,se pagavo 70 euro per la tessera me lo faceva subito,altrimenti avrei dovuto prendere appuntamento,nonostante c'ero soltanto io.
