★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparte l'operatore svogliatissimo che non ha risposto nemmeno al "buongiorno" e ha a malapena preso in considerazione una mia domanda indicando col dito la fila di persone in attesa, posso garantire che il resto del personale è rapido, chiaro e molto collaborativo.
Apart from the svogliatissimo operator who did not even respond to the "hello" and has barely considered my question indicating with his finger the line of people waiting, I can guarantee that the rest of the staff is quick, clear and very collaborative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo e scrivo per fare una richiesta degli assegni familiari mi chiedono 50€ per fare la tessera ma se uno non ha soldi per fare la tessera e vuole solo pagare la richiesta per gli assegni non la può fare???no se non avete la tessera con loro non potete fare nulla o pagate 50€ o cambiate caf mai vista una cosa del genere da nessuna parte !!!!non lo consiglio a nessuno !!!e sono troppo arroganti nel modo di rispondere !!!!
I call and write to make a request for family allowances, they ask me for € 50 to get the card but if one has no money to make the card and just wants to pay the request for the checks, he cannot do it ??? no if you do not have the card with them you can not do anything or pay 50 € or change cafes never seen such a thing anywhere !!!! I do not recommend it to anyone !!! and they are too arrogant in the way of responding !!!!
