Mi sono rivolta ad un sindacato che ha fatto ricorso, compreso il problema (non erano stati versati i contributi) e ho ottenuto quello che mi toccava. To say the least incompetent! the INPS refuses the naspi for lack of requirements, the service center not only ignores the communication but does not bother to understand the problem. Mi sono rivolta a questo caf perché ne avevano parlato bene!ma mi sono trovata male !ha iniziato a inserire delle ricevute di esami eseguiti in un centro medico!mi dice che devo chiamare il centro medico per farmi specificare chi mi ha eseguito infiltrazioni! Faccio notare che è stato fatto da un ortopedico! Ma non basta me lo devono specificare al centro medico! Visto che quest'anno ho avuto dei problemi di salute ho dovuto fare diverse terapie! Alla seconda ricevuta sempre eseguita in un centro medico mi chiede chi è stato ha eseguire un altro esame! Specifico che è stato un anestesista! È andata a controllare!Se ti porto delle ricevute da un centro medico vuol dire che è sotti'nteso che è un medico!Poi altri documenti che secondo loro dovevo portare specicificando chi era stato a eseguirli! Ho girato mezza provincia per esguire esami per non parlare di altri documenti che mi hanno chiesto!Non esiste! Non mi è mai successo in tutti questi anni.in più ho chiesto di annullare la pratica visto che non era completa ho chiesto di dirmi quanto avrei dovuto pagare !mi hanno fatto pagare 30 euro!anche se ritengo che io ho diritto di andare dove voglio e per corettezza non dico che non avrebbero dovuto farmi pagare ma di certo non un prezzo così alto!mi sono rivolta altrove!
