Io negli ultimi 18 mesi fatto richiesta del codice PIN.... arrivato a casa per 3 volte il cartaceo ma mai arrivato tramite SMS gli altri numeri dei codici... Ho visto ora che hanno cambiato i giorni... 3 volte a settimana... Na vergogna ?... Un numero di telefono oltretutto, o nn rispondono e quando risponde la segreteria, dice che è a pagamento ( e sembra un numero verde...)... Meglio che nn aggiunga altro ? They make it easier for people to request certain things online ... In the last 18 months I asked for the PIN code ... I got the paper 3 home but never received the other code numbers via SMS ... I saw now that they have changed the days ... 3 times a week ... Na shame ? ... Per avere il PIN devo tornare nuovamente, in quanto, la prima volta non potevano/volevano fare la fotocopia del mio documento e quindi dovevo ritornare con la fotoocopia fatta, la seconda volta, visto che mi sono presentata nei giorni in cui ricevono solo su appuntamento (E NON E' SCRITTO DA NESSUNA PARTE!!!) devo ritornare nelle giornate a libero accesso o fissare un appuntamento E' UNA VERGOGNA, VISTO CHE UNA PERSONA SI PRENDE UN PERMESSO PER ANDARCI I put 1 because you can not put 0 !!! R	Roberto Tresoldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento con app. Attendo oltre 20 minuti fuori prima di poter entrare. Una volta entrato penso che ci sia un addetto pronto a ricevermi. Nulla di più sbagliato c'era solo una postazione attiva un'altra persona in attesa seduta ad un sportello vuoto in attesa del suo turno. Morale della favola dopo 40 minuti stavo ancora attendendo il mio turno.VERGOGNOSO ma dove sono tutti i dipendenti INPS? Ah si...c'erano ma dentro ad una stanza sul retro a fare cosa non lo so! Appointed with app. I wait over 20 minutes outside before being able to enter. Once inside I think there is an employee ready to receive me. Nothing could be more wrong there was just an active station another person waiting sitting at an empty counter waiting for his turn. Moral of the story after 40 minutes I was still waiting for my turn. SHAME but where are all the INPS employees? Ah yes ... there were but in a back room doing what I don't know!
