★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una VERGOGNA! incinta al nono mese, sono stata rimbalzata due giorni consecutivi dall'addetta allo sportello la quale il primo giorno mi ha detto chiaramente di tornare l'indomani: il giorno seguente sono tornata con molta difficoltà (visto il mio stato e due bambini piccoli a casa) ma la signora ha negato di avermi detto di tornare. Li presente, un'altra mamma a cui il giorno prima era stata detta la stessa cosa, quindi mi domando: siamo due sorde che hanno capito male oppure l'impiegata in questione con l'avanzare dell'età inizia a ad avere problemi di memoria? In ogni caso siamo dovute andare via entrambe, e arrangiarci in altro modo per le pratiche della maternità. Consiglio a questa signora di prendersi ancora dei giorni di ferie dato che era appena rientrata, perché con tutta probabilità le sue vacanze non sono andate come sperava. E le consiglio di mordersi la lingua prima di inveire contro una donna incinta, perché è chiaro che nella mia situazione non ho potuto risponderle a dovere per non agitare la creatura che porto in grembo. Ma non è finita qua, questo è poco ma sicuro! Si faccia un bagno di bontà e gentilezza perché la cattiveria le sta consumando lo stomaco (e la pelle, viste le moltissime rughe). Saluti

I advise this lady to still take vacation days since she had just returned, because in all probability her holidays did not go as she hoped. And I advise her to bite her tongue before railing against a pregnant woman, because it is clear that in my situation I have not been able to answer her properly so as not to shake the creature I carry on my lap. But it is not over here, this is little but sure! Take a bath of kindness and kindness because badness is consuming your stomach (and skin, given the many wrinkles). Regards

Per fare una pratica di maternità ci si deve mettere in fila fuori dagli uffici (in piedi e sottolineo in gravidanza) un’ora prima dell’apertura per prendere il numero perché ne vengono distribuiti solamente 20! Attendi il tuo turno e infine ti viene detto che non serviva fare la fila perché viene data priorità alle mamme... Bene. Mi reco questo giovedì (L’unico gg della settimana per effettuare pratiche di maternità ) e vengo respinta perché ”la collega che si occupa di queste pratiche è in ferie”... Assurdo!!! mi invitano a tornare il giovedì seguente con tanto di raccomandazione di arrivare entro le 8.30 per prendere il numero.. Alla faccia della priorità!
Bad organization! To do a maternity leave you have to queue outside the offices (standing and I stress pregnant) one hour before opening to get the number because only 20 are distributed! Wait your turn and finally you are told that there was no need to queue because mothers are given priority ... Good. I go this Thursday (The only day of the week to carry out maternity practices) and I am rejected because "the colleague who deals with these practices is on vacation" ... Absurd !!! invite me to come back the following Thursday with a recommendation to arrive by 8.30 to get the number .. In the face of priority!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo per gestire pratiche e altro. L di ca pecca u numeri al patronato per la gestione delle pratiche.... Pochi ..sopratutto se sei una mamma con figli da gestire!! A mio parere dovrebbero riservare 2/3 numeri alle mamme che non riescono ad andare prima
Great for managing files and more. There are only a few patronage numbers for handling practices .... Few .. mostly if you are a mother with children to manage !! In my opinion they should reserve 2/3 numbers for mothers who can't go first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci si deve recare alle 8 e mezza o anche prima per prendere il numero.
Io l'ho utilizzato per la maternità,se fossero piu organizzati magari con appuntamento o altro sarebbe forse meglio,con la bimba di 2 mesi ho dovuto aspettare un bel po'!
Comunque il loro servizio poi lo fanno bene
You have to go at half past eight or even earlier to get the number.
I used it for motherhood, if they were more organized maybe with an appointment or something else it would be better perhaps, with the 2-month-old baby I had to wait quite a while!
However their service does it well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre un'ottima valutazione per il vostro servizio al cittadino, però ora al telefono risponde solo un robot. Con email non riesco a capire dove mi devo rivolgere, per avere un colloquio a voce ed un eventuale appuntamento.
I always have a very good rating for your service to the citizen, but now only a robot answers the phone. With email I cannot understand where I should contact, to have a voice interview and a possible appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata qui quest'anno per fare un 730, non ci siamo proprio!!! professionalita' e competenza molto scarsa. E' stato sbagliato l'inserimento, ci siamo accorti fortunatamente in tempo, prima che venisse spedito, quindi siamo dovuti ritornare, impossibile comunicare telefonicamente con questa sede, solo via mail, e non vengono nemmeno prese in considerazione nonostante il servizio si paghi profumatamente. Quindi bisogna per forza andare li' per parlare con qualcuno. La ricevuta dell'invio non viene rilasciata subito, dicono di spedirla via mail e invece non e' stato fatto!!!!ho saputo che anche ad altre persone e' stato sbagliato quest'anno........ sicuramente un responsabile dovrebbe provvedere a queste cose molto importanti perche' a lungo andare le persone li' non verranno piu'!!!! e io sono la prima.
