★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio molto scadente. Chiamo per chiedere la possibilità di inviarmi un doc tramite email e mi dicono che l'unico modo e di recarmi presso la filiale. Prendo permesso, vado lì e prima di darmi il doc sento dire ad una collega in formazione, che avrei potuto scaricarlo da portale. Io rimango allibita!! Ma chi mi ha mai parlato di un portale??? Nonostante i miei sforzi di evitare di andare lì col permesso , ma state scherzando, vero? Dov'è andato a finire il rispetto per la gente???!!!!
Very poor service. I call to ask for the possibility of sending me a doc by email and they tell me that the only way is to go to the branch. I take leave, I go there and before giving me the doc I hear a colleague in training say that I could download it from the portal. I am stunned !! But who has ever told me about a portal ??? Despite my best efforts to avoid going there with permission, but you're kidding, aren't you? Where did the respect for people go ??? !!!!

Quando sono andato a chiedere Novità dopo 4 mesi mi hanno chiesto che lavoro stavo cercando un'altra volta rispondendo anche in maniera sgarbata.

When I went to ask for News after 4 months they asked me what job I was looking for another time, also replying in a rude way.
