★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come in tutti gli uffici pubblici c'è sempre qualche fannullone ma la maggior parte sono impiegati seri, competenti e molto disponibili. Grande chiarezza e servizio impeccabile.
As in all public offices there are always some idlers, but most are serious, competent and very helpful employees. Great clarity and impeccable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA SOLITA VERGOGNA ITALIANA. 3 o 4 uffici liberi, e solo uno funzionante, tutti gli altri stavano a perdere tempo. Entrato alle 10 stavano servendo il numero 14 io avevo il 40 (Lunedì 10/02/2020), a mezzogiorno erano ancora al numero 27. Alle 12.15 come come per magia tutti gli sportelli funzionanti ed in 5 minuti hanno servito tutti quelli che stavano aspettando. L' impiegato che ha servito me era quello che ha lavorato tutta la mattina, molto competente e gentile. L' unica consolazione era la guardia giurata all' ingresso, simpatica e disponibile. O FATE LAVORARE I DIPENDENTI O CHIUDETE, CHE COSÌ NON SERVITE AD UN C****O....
THE SAME ITALIAN SHAME. 3 or 4 vacant offices, and only one functioning, all the others were wasting time. Entered at 10 they were serving the number 14 I was 40 (Monday 10/02/2020), at noon they were still at number 27. At 12.15 as if by magic all the doors were working and in 5 minutes they served all those who were waiting . The employee who served me was the one who worked all morning, very competent and kind. The only consolation was the security guard at the entrance, nice and helpful. OR HAVE EMPLOYEES TO WORK OR CLOSE, WHICH YOU DO NOT NEED AT A C **** OR ....
