In Italia fa schifo tutto. A shame, there were 23 of us in the waiting room and only one door was open, with rude and ignorant people at work. In Italy everything sucks.

È una vergogna, si rischia un collasso, non si respira! Allucinante, un po' di vergogna no? Dopo una Lunga attesa al telefono ti rispondono ti chiedono documenti e altro poi ti rimettono in attesa e non ti danno nessuna risposta ,dopo tutto questo vogliono una valutazione e ti chiudono la chiamata senza una risposta.Ora la mia valutazione è pessima I'm sorry to say there is bad service. After a Long wait on the phone they answer you they ask you for documents and more then they put you back on hold and don't give you any answer, after all this they want an evaluation and they close the call without an answer. Now my evaluation is very bad
C	Claud N'guetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E menomale che non si possono dare 0 stelle. Ho scritto 3 email e non mi hanno risposto nemmeno ad una, sono vergognosi. And luckily you can't give 0 stars. I wrote 3 emails and they did not reply to even one, they are shameful.

Risposte da servizio clienti che sono fornite a caso, senza interessarsi davvero al problema che una persona pone, demanda a terzi e non risponde ai quesiti posti. Ma se avete gente che non ha voglia di lavorare sostituitela ce n'è davvero tanta che ne ha. Fate piu' controlli ed assumente perchè il servizio fa acqua da tutte le parti. Servizio veramente pessimo !!!! it is incredible that a public office does not talk to the public ..... if you call the national number after 20 minutes no one has answered yet.
