★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone incapaci come l'inps di Montevarchi. Ore di attesa con un solo sportello aperto. Dopo ore di attesa ti incontri con segretari che non sono capaci di fare niente. Sembra fatto apposta x dover rivolgersi dopo al patronato

Peccato per gli orari di apertura al pubblico senza neanche una finestra pomeridiana, poca privacy; soprattutto deluso dal fatto che l'informazioni ricevute dalla impiegata allo sportello si sono poi rivelate sbagliate con danno e beffa. Meglio mandare una mail e chiedere conferma al numero verde.
Small office suitable for citizens. Too bad for the opening hours to the public without even an afternoon window, little privacy; especially disappointed by the fact that the information received by the clerk at the counter turned out to be wrong with damage and insult. Better to send an email and ask for confirmation to the toll-free number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come entri c'è la sala d' aspetto con le poltrone x l' attesa ( molta in quanto , almeno stamattina c' era una sola impiegata), e un separé, aperto sopra, dove le persone in coda sentono tutte le conversazioni.Da terzo mondo! E mi chiedevo, la legge sulla privacy, quand'è che vale?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si trovava nella zona dei villini mi pareva molto meglio . Adesso è un disagio dover raggiungere il centro storico perché è difficile trovare il parcheggio. Concordo con un'altra recensione che la privacy con i nuovi uffici non c'è.Il personale è sempre cortese e gentile,anche in passato ho avuto un supporto valido. Unica pecca è l'orario al pubblico un po limitato.
When he was in the area of the cottages it seemed much better. Now it is a discomfort to reach the historic center because it is difficult to find parking. I agree with another review that the privacy with the new offices is not there. The staff is always courteous and friendly, even in the past I had a valid support. The only flaw is the time to the public a little limited.

Una persona quanto potrebbe resistere per l'attesa o quanto tempo dovrebbe attendere per ricevere informazioni se ci sono solo 2 impiegati e hanno la precedenza gli invalidi e genitori con prole di meno un anno. Possibile che non ci sia un impiegato solo per loro in modo che nell'assenza di questi utenti siano assenti e dare un aiuto ad altri impiegati? Stando alle altre recensioni anche gli impiegati non sono in grado di fornire e garantire un colloquio sufficiente d'informazione alla situazione personale.. Complimenti a chi ci dobbiamo raccomandare al Padreterno?
