Sono andata in questa cartoleria tre volte. La prima volta la proprietaria, la signora bionda un po' grassoccia, è stata brusca, non particolarmente gentile. Ho lasciato correre. La seconda volta, ancora, scortesia impazienza, pressione perchè io scegliessi velocemente senza "dare troppo fastidio". La terza volta la stessa signora è stata di una scortesia non più scusabile: scocciata che avessi bisogno di un quaderno specifico, infastidita che prendessi un poco di tempo per scegliere.., ho preso un quderno rovinato in copertina e me ne sono uscita senza che neanche rispondesse al mio saluto. Ora io dico: che cosa fa la differenza fra il negozio al dettaglio e il suupermercato? Il prezzo? No, non credo. La scelta? Neanche, si trovano cose molto belle anche altrove. La differenza la fa la cortesia, il servizio al cliente, i consigli, la relazione. Io in questa cartoleria a farmi trattare male da questa signora senza grazia non ci torno più e poi si lamentano che le cose vanno male.... imaparate a fare bene il vostro mestiere cari negozianti, siete là al servizio del cliente, un sorriso, una gentilezza, un pizzico di disponibilità e verremo da voi con grande piacere. Infatti, per mezzo del Covid19, bisogna fare la fila fuori dal negozio, vedo ma proprietaria poggiata sul bancone che perde tempo con inutili chiacchiere. Il saper fare , vabbene, ma quando c'è diversa gente che aspetta sotto la pioggia ☔ , fuori, non è il massimo.
