★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prossima volta che devo andare da loro porto un registratore e dopo lo pubblico sul web per far vedere come ti trattano e come ti parlano!!! Io sono incinta da 31 settimane e sono andata da loro per alcuni domande che avevo da fare mano mangiata la faccia!!!

Ho perso mezz'ora di lavoro, per chi fa lo spezzato è impossibile fare pratiche con inps senza chiedere un permesso.
3 ore di lavoro pubblico al giorno è veramente ridicolo.
No update on changing times 8.30-11.30.
I lost half an hour of work, for those who break up it is impossible to practice with inps without asking for a permit.
3 hours of public work a day is really ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Istituto della Previdenza Sociale di trova a Cesena, in Viale Giovanni Bovio sulla Via Emilia a poca distanza dalla Banca Toscana.
La sede si trova nel nuovo palazzo, dove vi sono anche gli uffici della Provincia Forlì, Cesena
Gli uffici INPS sono aperti al pubblico, dal Lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 8.20 alle ore 12.30, sabato e domenica chiusura totale.
Per qualsiasi informazioni i cittadini possono contattare i vari uffici, a seconda della loro richiesta, innerenti, alla pensione lavorativa, certificati di malattia, documenti vari e ad altre richieste.
L'INPS al momento è chiusa al pubblico, ma riceve via web e telefonicamente, di contatto per chiarimenti di qualsiasi tipo.
Social Security Institute located in Cesena, in Viale Giovanni Bovio on the Via Emilia not far from the Banca Toscana.
The headquarters is located in the new building, where there are also the offices of the Forlì Province, Cesena
INPS offices are open to the public, from Monday to Friday from 8.20 to 12.30, on Saturday and Sunday total closure.
For any information citizens can contact the various offices, depending on their request, innerenti, the working pension, certificates of illness, various documents and other requests.
INPS is currently closed to the public, but receives contact via web and telephone for any kind of clarification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato alle 9 che chiamavano il numero B3. Alle 11 si era ancora al n.B7. Io avevo il B18. Se si vuole qualsiasi informazione o far prenotazioni, il centralino unico è quello di Roma. Quello relativo all'INPS di Cesena, dopo decine di minuti ti avverte che il servizio è mal funzionante e bisogna richiamare nel pomeriggio.
...Evitiamo commenti quindi.
I entered at 9 which called the number B3. At 11 o'clock it was still at number B7. I had the B18. If you want any information or make reservations, the only switchboard is that of Rome. The one relating to INPS in Cesena, after tens of minutes warns you that the service is malfunctioning and you have to call back in the afternoon.
... We avoid comments then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un istituto del genere, rivolto al cittadino, non si può reggere sui singoli dipendenti (mosche bianche) che fanno la differenza e su una disorganizzazione che regna sovrana (rimpalli infiniti). La mia esperienza richiederebbe un libro, ma siccome non si è ancora conclusa (4 mesi di chiamate, appuntamenti al telefono, mailpec senza risposta), evito di farvi perdere tempo anche a voi che leggete. 2 stelle solo perchè alcuni dipendenti ne meriterebbero 10/5...
Such an institution, aimed at the citizen, cannot be held on to individual employees (white flies) who make the difference and on a disorganization that reigns supreme (infinite rebounds). My experience would require a book, but since it hasn't ended yet (4 months of calls, phone appointments, unanswered mailpecs), I avoid wasting your reading time too. 2 stars just because some employees deserve 10/5 ...

ARROGANT, RUDE, IRRIVERENT staff. Employees should fire them all, they are unable to relate to the public and are not competent in their jobs. IT'S A SHAME! BAD EXPERIENCE.
