★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo richiesto un intervento tecnico per il mio scaldabagno che aveva smesso improvvisamente di funzionare. Il tecnico è venuto a casa mia, ha aperto lo scaldabagno e se n'è andato dicendo "non so quale sia il problema ma la farò chiamare dal titolare per farla consigliare su come procedere". Nonostante abbia pagato l'intervento tecnico e abbia provato a chiamare e a scrivere più volte al titolare, costui non mi ha mai degnato di una risposta. In sintesi: irrintracciabili e poco professionali.
 I had requested a technical intervention for my water heater which had suddenly stopped working. The technician came to my house, opened the water heater and left saying "I don't know what the problem is but I'll have the owner call you to advise you on how to proceed". Although I paid for the technical intervention and tried to call and write to the owner several times, he never gave me an answer. In summary: untraceable and unprofessional.
