Al giorno d’oggi, con tutta la scelta/concorrenza che c’è in questa città, con diversi punti vendita situati praticamente uno di fronte all’altro, capita di tanto in tanto di cambiare dove si fa la propria spesa: un po’ per sperimentare i prodotti diversi da negozio a negozio, un po' per le promozioni attive e anche un po’ per comodità in base a dove ci si trova sul momento. Una cosa che ho visto accumunare molti supermercati è il livello di assistenza al cliente, il più delle volte scarso. In questo negozio non è così: vieni accolto e assistito, con gentilezza e vera disponibilità. In particolare, la ragazza mora con gli occhiali e il signore sulla quarantina, mi sono sembrate ottime risorse e hanno reso molto piacevole la mia esperienza all’interno del supermercato, aiutandomi con gli acquisti e mostrando reale cura del cliente. Ho voluto soffermarmi su questo punto, piuttosto che sulla varietà e la qualità dei prodotti, i quali trovo buoni e a prezzi convenienti, poiché credo che questa volta il valore aggiunto rispetto ad altri supermercati lo faccia proprio il personale. E fa la differenza. Ci tornerò spesso e volentieri. Consiglio? Assolutamente sì. Cliente conquistata! The experience at IN's Mercato in Forlì is truly enjoyable. Nowadays, with all the choice / competition that there is in this city, with several stores located practically opposite each other, it happens from time to time to change where you do your shopping: a little to experiment with different products from shop to shop, partly for active promotions and also partly for convenience based on where you are at the moment. One thing that I have seen many supermarkets accumulate is the level of customer service, which is often poor. In this shop it is not like that: you are welcomed and assisted, with kindness and true availability. In particular, the brunette girl with glasses and the gentleman in his forties seemed to me to be excellent resources and made my experience inside the supermarket very pleasant, helping me with purchases and showing real customer care. I wanted to focus on this point, rather than on the variety and quality of the products, which I find good and at affordable prices, since I believe that this time the added value compared to other supermarkets is made by the staff. And it makes a difference. I will go back often and gladly. Advice? Absolutely yes. Customer conquered!

Sempre ben rifornito e in ordine, prezzi buoni e merce di discreta qualità. Non è mai affollato. Personale molto gentile. Disponibilissimo e simpatico il ragazzo, credo sia il responsabile, e molto molto carina nell'aspetto e nei modi la ragazza mora con gli occhiali. Bravi. I used to go there even before it became In's Mercato. With this sign there has been a notable improvement. Always well stocked and in order, good prices and good quality goods. It is never crowded. Very nice staff. The boy is very helpful and nice, I think he is responsible, and the brunette girl with glasses is very very nice in appearance and manner. Well done.
