Ho chiesto tre preventivi, tutti uguali e altissimi.
Alla fine abbiamo avuto un grande sconto è il lavoro è stato effettuato in maniera impeccabile.

Ma per il prezzo sono dei veri ladri: il mio appartamento (60mq) pulito da cima in fondo mi hanno chiesto 500€ (scontati alla fine di 100€) per 7 ore, una mia amica appartamento da 90mq pulito da cima in fondo 220€ per 7 ore. Evitateli e salvate il vostro portafoglio.
For the cleaning I have nothing to say they were very good. But for the price they are real thieves: my apartment (60sqm) clean from top to bottom I have asked 500 € (discounted at the end of 100 €) for 7 hours, a friend of mine from 90sqm clean from top to bottom € 220 for 7 hours. Avoid them and save your wallet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21 agosto mattina. Trovo sul pianerottolo del mio condominio escrementi umani. L'amministratore di condominio non risponde. Cerco su internet. Dopo un paio di tentativi falliti con altre imprese di pulizie, parlo con "Mani di fata". In mezz'ora sono arrivate due vere professioniste, allegre e competenti che in poco tempo hanno riportato tutto a nuovo.
Grazie Mani di fata!!! Da consigliare davvero.

August 21 morning. I find human excrement on the landing of my apartment building. The condominium administrator does not respond. I search on the internet. After a couple of failed attempts with other cleaning companies, I speak with "Mani di fata". In half an hour two real professionals arrived, cheerful and competent who in a short time brought everything back to new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono avvalsa dei servizi di questa impresa di pulizie ed ho avuto un'ottima esperienza fin dal primo contatto telefonico con la gentilissima signora Monica con la quale, nell'arco di pochi giorni, abbiamo fissato un sopralluogo gratuito, senza impegno, per la valutazione del lavoro e la formulazione di un preventivo. Anche in questo caso, il responsabile Tommaso ha avuto un approccio molto professionale e il lavoro è stato loro affidato. A lavoro ultimato posso solo fare i complimenti ai due operatori che mi hannophanno soddisfatto, mostrando grande competenza e disponibilità. Mani di Fata consigliata al 100%.
I made use of the services of this cleaning company and I had an excellent experience from the first telephone contact with the very kind Mrs. Monica with whom, within a few days, we fixed a free inspection, without obligation, for the evaluation of the work and the formulation of an estimate. Again, the manager Tommaso had a very professional approach and the job was entrusted to them. At the end of the work I can only congratulate the two operators who have satisfied me, showing great competence and availability. 100% recommended fairy hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colpita dalle recensioni positive ho richiesto il servizio di Mani di Fata per pulizia di un appartamento a seguito dei lavori di ristrutturazione. Sono rimasta molto delusa dal servizio in considerazione della spesa di 400 euro. Il prezzo in relazione al servizio sarebbe dovuto essere della metà almeno. Si sono presentate 2 persone (una più esperta e l'altra coordinata dalla prima che eseguiva a comando) per 6 ore. Quando sono arrivata all'appartamento ho trovato ancora residui di vernice che ho segnalato su stipiti e battiscopa, sugli infissi avevano lasciato i segni neri della gomma che insistendo con il prodotto a loro disposizione sono venuti puliti, avevano lasciato tutti i residui di muratura all'interno della piletta doccia e non avevano pulito accuratamente i rivestimenti del bagno che presentavano ancora segni di tintura. Inoltre, le porte di legno avevano ancora aloni e in terrazzo avevano lasciato segni di vernice calpestata. La pulizia è stata fatta quindi in modo sommario o non per niente in linea con il prezzo pagato. Solo su indicazioni hanno provveduto a sistemare le cose più evidenti. Purtroppo quando hai alte aspettative date dalle recensioni rimani ancora più deluso. Ritenevo fosse un servizio premium, di qualità anche dato dal fatto che il responsabile si è posto disponibile e gentile fin dal primo contatto.
Impressed by the positive reviews, I requested Mani di Fata's service to clean an apartment following the renovations. I was very disappointed with the service considering the 400 euro expense. The price in relation to the service should have been at least half. Two people showed up (one more experienced and the other coordinated by the first who performed on command) for 6 hours. When I arrived at the apartment I still found residues of paint that I reported on the jambs and skirting boards, on the windows they had left the black marks of the rubber that by insisting with the product at their disposal they came clean, they had left all the masonry residues to ' the inside of the shower drain and they had not thoroughly cleaned the bathroom linings which still showed signs of dyeing. In addition, the wooden doors still had halos and had left trampled paint marks on the terrace. The cleaning was therefore done in a summary way or not at all in line with the price paid. Only on indications did they arrange to fix the most obvious things. Unfortunately when you have high expectations given by the reviews you are even more disappointed. I thought it was a premium service, of quality also given by the fact that the manager was available and kind from the first contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impresa di pulizie molto seria e gestita da veri professionisti del pulito,li ho contattati per un lavoro dopo una ristrutturazione effettuata presso la mia abitazione,sono venuti per un sopralluogo e per concordarare il prezzo, a lavori terminati sono stato molto stupito del lavoro svolto,la cosa che più mi ha lasciato senza parole e stato il lavoro svolto sul marmo era molto sporco di cemento,non pensavo riuscissero a riportarlo a nuovo .
La qualità ha superato di gran lunga il prezzo (avevo contatto un'altra impresa prima di mani di fata e mi hanno chiesto il doppio dei soldi e non mi avevano assicurato che riuscissero a riportare al 100% il marmo.
Complimenti a tutto lo staff
Very serious cleaning company managed by real cleaning professionals, I contacted them for a job after a renovation carried out at my home, they came for an inspection and to agree on the price, when the work was finished I was very amazed at the work done, the thing that most left me speechless was the work done on the marble was very dirty with concrete, I did not think they could bring it back to new.
The quality far exceeded the price (I had contacted another company before mani di fata and they asked me for double the money and they did not assure me that they could bring the marble back to 100%.
