M	Marcella Bongiovanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza purtroppo molto infelice. Ho conosciuto la Elettro Made quando hanno rifatto l'impianto elettrico per la mia ristrutturazione. Quando si sono presentati problemi ad alcune luci mi è sembrato naturale richiamare la stessa ditta che aveva già fatto i lavori. Ho chiamato diverse volte e, come purtroppo pessima abitudine in Italia, la risposta è stata "si, si ti richiamo presto e vengo a breve". Finalmente dopo 4 tentativi di questo genere fissiamo un appuntamento per martedi 27 ottobre alle 18... Alle 19 non erano ancora arrivati. Alla mia telefonata mi risponde l'elettricista che "ridendo" mi dice di stare tranquilla che erano in macchina e stavano per arrivare. Non si sono mai presentati né ho ricevuto alcuna telefonata di spiegazioni, chiarimenti o scuse. Questa a me sembra maleducazione, oltre che mancanza di professionalità. Le due stelle (invece dell'una che ritengo si meriterebbe questo servizio) sono dovute al fatto che il primo lavoro dovrebbe essere stato fatto decentemente. (Dovrebbe perché qualche problemino a posteriori lo abbiamo avuto, ma visto che non sono una elettricista non posso certo legare causa ed effetto.) Non so voi, ma mi guarderò bene dal chiamarli un'altra volta. unfortunately very unhappy experience. I met the Elettro Made when they remade the electrical system for my renovation. When problems occurred with some lights it seemed natural to recall the same company that had already done the work. I called several times and, as unfortunately bad habit in Italy, the answer was "yes, I'll call you back soon and I'll come shortly". Finally, after 4 attempts of this kind, we set an appointment for Tuesday, October 27th at 6pm ... At 19 they had not yet arrived. At my phone call, the electrician replies that "laughing" tells me to be quiet that they were in the car and they were about to arrive. They never presented or received any telephone calls for explanations, clarifications or apologies. This seems rudeness to me, as well as lack of professionalism. The two stars (instead of the one I think would deserve this service) are due to the fact that the first job should have been done decently. (It should have been because we had some problems later, but since I am not an electrician, I certainly cannot tie cause and effect.) I don't know about you, but I'll be careful not to call them again.
