Anche a fronte di richieste di chiarimenti successivi sono sempre stati disponibili ed esaurienti. E	Ernesto Signore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' trascorso circa un anno dalla ristrutturazione ed ho la valvola centrale dell'acqua calda che da 6 mesi è ancora priva di vite. Prima era stata fissata la valvola ma non bene, infatti girava male e spesso a vuoto, così circa 6 mesi fa sono intervenuti spiegandomi che probabilmente la tubatura è stata murata più dentro del dovuto e una prolunga non è sufficiente per fissare la leva (ho dovuto sollecitare più volte un loro intervento). Infatti con una prolunga la vite non arriva alla filettatura, e con 2 prolunghe la vite non è abbastanza lunga, quindi il pezzo è rimasto incompleto per una vite. Tra l'altro ho dovuto ripassare il silicone intorno al box doccia, perché dopo il montaggio c'erano perdite d'acqua in prossimità del piatto doccia. Hanno montato male un miscelatore a muro, per sistemare il quale hanno dovuto fare uno scasso riparato alla meglio ed ancora visibile. E invece sono 3 mesi che aspetto e ho sollecitato più volte. Pessima. Consiglio di stare attenti quando fanno lavori di muratura. Nel mio caso fu la modifica della canna fumaria per renderla a norma per le caldaie a condensazione. Il loro dipendente dopo il lavoro non ha pulito la parte superiore della caldaia dai residui del muro, risultato che i residui hanno intoppato e rotto la ventola superiore e di conseguenza ho dovuto pagare di tasca mia la riparazione.
