Vedere una casa trasformarsi completamente è stato emozionante. Nunzio e Benedetto sono due professionisti seri, competenti ed estremamente corretti. La loro squadra è composta da gente capace, disponibile e molto educata ed è stato un piacere conoscerli e vedere quanta passione mettono nel loro lavoro. Tanti dicono che dopo aver ristrutturato casa una volta, non si è pronti a farlo per molto tempo....io invece dico che potrei ricominciare, con maggior consapevolezza sui lavori da fare e con tante idee innovative. Nunzio and Benedetto are two serious, competent and extremely correct professionals. Their team is composed of capable, helpful and very polite people and it was a pleasure to meet them and see how much passion they put into their work. Many say that once you have renovated your home once, you are not ready to do it for a long time ... but I say that I could start over, with greater awareness of the work to do and with so many innovative ideas. Grande competenza e attenzione nell'accompagnamento in ogni singola cosa. Ottima la possibilità di vedere in 3d l'appartamento prima della ristrutturazione e vederlo poi, con grande soddisfazione, identico al progetto. Personale molto accogliente, attento al cliente ed onesto. Operai rispettosi degli orari condominiali, premurosi nella pulizia del locale e del palazzo, ingombro dello spazio esterno limitato alla necessità. Attenti e ligi alle regole anti-covid e puntuali nella consegna dell'appartamento rimanendo nei tempi e costi definiti all'inizio. Impresa consigliatissima, ce ne fossero di simili.. grazie Nunzio e Benedetto Absolutely satisfying experience! Really competent company and attentive to every detail. I tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati, il lavoro fatto é egregio. Umanamente parlando rimane alla fine dell'esperienza una sensazione di grande calore e affetto per tutte le persone coinvolte: gentilezza, competenza e professionalità abbinate in maniera perfetta. Consigliatissimo. Nunzio and his team have been exceptional. The house was literally overturned from head to toe and the final construction is identical to what was expected. The delivery times have been respected, the work done is excellent. Humanly speaking, at the end of the experience there remains a feeling of great warmth and affection for all the people involved: kindness, competence and professionalism perfectly matched. Sono riusciti in due mesi esatti a portare a termine il lavoro. Lavoro fatto con precisione, cura e con una grandissima attenzione ai particolari che per noi hanno fatto davvero la differenza. Eccellente il coordinamento tra gli artigiani che ha azzerato i tempi morti e permesso un avanzamento visibile del cantiere giorno dopo giorno. Hanno sempre anteposto soluzioni immediate agli imprevisti che nei cantieri possono capitare, alleggerendo un periodo di per sè complesso, consigliandoci, proponendo soluzioni alternative che avessero sempre come fine ultimo quello di consegnarci un lavoro di qualità. Oltre a Nunzio e Benedetto vogliamo menzionare tutti i lavoranti, educati, professionali, disponibili e competenti. Davvero non scontato e davvero una bella squadra. Io e la mia compagna avevamo preso appuntamento (prendendo entrambi permessi da lavoro) presso il loro showroom per una ristrutturazione e nessuno ci ha aperto la porta. Non rispondono ne alle chiamate ne ai messaggi. La parte più sconvolgente è stata scoprire che negli uffici qualcuno c'era (si vedeva dalla vetrina e ci ha pure guardato) ma che nonostante abbiamo suonato il campanello più volte, chiamato al telefono e aspettato trenta minuti non ci ha aperto. Ahimè il minimo che Google mi consente è una stella ma non si meritano nemmeno quella. Avoid wasting time contacting this company. My partner and I had made an appointment (both taking work permits) at their showroom for a refurbishment and no one opened the door for us. They do not answer calls or messages. The most shocking part was discovering that someone was in the offices (he could see from the window and even looked at us) but that despite having rang the bell several times, called the phone and waited thirty minutes, he did not open us. Alas the least Google allows me is a star but they don't deserve that either.
