Abbiamo ricevuto un pessimo servizio: hanno sbagliato le misure, il montatore non ha registrato le cerniere ed hanno addirittura installato i pomelli disallineati. Abbiamo contattato il punto vendita di Via Mazzini per segnalare il problema ma dopo 15 giorni non ci hanno fornito alcun riscontro. Hanno dimostrato scarsa professionalità e scarsa serietà. We bought three flush doors. We received a very bad service: they got the measurements wrong, the fitter did not register the hinges and they even installed the misaligned knobs. We contacted the store in Via Mazzini to report the problem but after 15 days they did not provide us with any feedback. They showed lack of professionalism and lack of seriousness.

Il servizio di intervento è stato impeccabile, veloce, in pochi giorni sono passati, e avendo dalla prima rottura conservato un pezzo di ricambio utile hanno risolto il problema. Grazie

Ho dovuto far alzare la porta blindata e nel montaggio delle stecchette di legno il montatore ne ha rotto una e senza dire nulla la messa su. Come se non bastasse ha riempito di silicone tutto il perimetro delle stecchette in legno, che rimangono in bellavista, rendendo così la porta totalmente antiestetica. Alla mia lamentela mi è stato risposto "sono cose che possono succedere". Beh che dire! complimenti vivissimi. Bad experience with one of their editors. I had to raise the armored door and in assembling the wooden sticks the assembler broke one and without saying anything putting it on. In particolare eravamo e siamo anche questa volta rimasti molto soddisfatti dei montatori ( e' uno dei motivi per cui scegliamo la Tierre) in particolare il signor Costel , bravo , molto professionale e meticoloso.Assieme alla porta ci sono arrivati un pomolo diverso dal nostro che avevamo fatto cromare e dei copricerniera di un colore sbagliato ma ci sono poi stati sostituiti successivamente senza doverli richiamare .Molto soddisfatti . we had already used Tierre in the past for the renovation of our apartment and we were satisfied. Gli infissi sono di ottima qualità così come le persiane e le porte. Il montaggio è stato eseguito a regola d’arte. Noi siamo riusciti a beneficiare di un eco-bonus del 60% per la sostituzione delle finestre e della porta blindata, i prezzi sono in linea con la qualità del prodotto è la competenza del personale, sia lato vendita che lato assistenza/montaggio.
