Assolutamente non rispettosi della privacy chiedono informazioni riguardo alle nostre finanze ancor prima della visita all’immobile o di altre informazioni sullo stesso. Dopo aver fornito le informazioni sulla necessità o meno del mutuo, dicono che ci ricontatteranno in serata, cosa che non avviene.
Dopo aver atteso fino al giorno dopo provo a ricontattare l’agenzia che, dopo avermi attaccato il telefono più volte, mi risponde in malo modo, promettendomi di nuovo di ricontattarmi.
Assolutamente poco professionali oltre che maleducati.
Contacted by phone several times for a property. Absolutely not respectful of privacy, they ask for information about our finances even before visiting the property or other information about it. After providing information on whether or not the loan is needed, they say they will contact us in the evening, which is not the case.
After waiting until the next day, I try to contact the agency again which, after having hung up the phone several times, replies badly, promising to contact me again.
Absolutely unprofessional as well as rude.
