★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho venduto il mio appartamento con l'Agenzia Tedeschi e ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto: sono stati molto professionali dalla valutazione dell'immobile alla realizzazione delle foto alla selezione dei possibili acquirenti per poi accompagnarli nelle visite. Il titolare Filippo mi ha seguito ed aiutato anche a risolvere alcuni contrattempi di tipo burocratico ed è stato presente anche nel post vendita. Per la professionalità, la cortesia, l'attenzione, mi sento sicuramente di consigliarlo e mi rivolgerò a lui anche per eventualità future.

Pierfilippo si è dimostrato una persona disponibile, corretta, competente e riservata. Ha mantenuto la parola data, sia come tempi che come prezzi. Se nelle parole è molto cauto e professionale, gli occhi parlano in silenzio e capiscono più di quanto non gli si racconti. Ho "scelto" purtroppo un periodo non facile per vendere il mio immobile e nonostante ciò Filippo è riuscito a trovare gli acquirenti adatti, dimostrando competenza e disponibilità nel gestire le relazioni con gli acquirenti davvero uniche, seguendomi anche nelle fasi successive alla vendita, fino al rogito. Per diversi anni ho avuto modo di avvalermi più volte dei servizi dell’agenzia Tedeschi per affittare un appartamento a Firenze.
Vivendo lontano da Firenze, avevo la necessità di trovare un’agenzia immobiliare di cui potermi fidare completamente e che mi potesse rappresentare in loco per la gestione di tutti gli aspetti relativi all’affitto.
