★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sul finire del 2020, in piena pandemia COVID19, ho affidato la vendita di un appartamento di circa 110 mq di mia proprietà sito in Firenze zona Statuto, all'Agenzia TECNOCASA STUDIO STATUTO di Luigi DESANTIS & C.
In merito, sento di dover ringraziare pubblicamente i Sigg. Luigi Desantis e Francesco Battaglia per la loro profonda conoscenza del mercato immobiliare fiorentino, per la grande professionalità, disponibilità, pazienza e cortesia, dimostratami nel corso dei 5/6 mesi trascorsi dal momento in cui ho affidato l'incarico all'atto di vendita definitivo.
In particolare, mi hanno consigliato e assistito passo, passo in tutte le numerose e defatiganti formalità necessarie per addivenire all'atto definitivo; si sono anche fatti carico di rappresentarmi per procura sia nell'atto preliminare che in quello definitivo, evitandomi lunghi e onerosi spostamenti (vivo in altra regione) in periodo di pandemia.

At the end of 2020, in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic, I entrusted the sale of an apartment of about 110 square meters of my property located in Florence in the Statuto area, to the TECNOCASA STUDIO STATUTO agency of Luigi DESANTIS & C.
In this regard, I feel I have to publicly thank Messrs. Luigi Desantis and Francesco Battaglia for their deep knowledge of the Florentine real estate market, for the great professionalism, availability, patience and courtesy, shown to me over the 5/6 months that have passed since I entrusted the assignment to the final deed of sale. .
In particular, they advised me and assisted me step by step in all the numerous and tiring formalities necessary to reach the definitive act; they also took charge of representing me by proxy both in the preliminary and in the definitive act, avoiding me long and costly travels (I live in another region) in a pandemic period.
In conclusion, if you have to buy or sell properties in Florence you can safely rely on TECNOCASA STUDIO STATUTO, you will not have any surprises !!
