Dopo la biblio di piazza Brunelleschi è la mia preferita. Tuttavia dovrebbe allestire uno spazio separato per i bambini: a volte la confusione è davvero tanta! Mi sono diretto al desk dove mi sono scusato con la ragazza perché non conoscevo l'iter delle biblioteche pubbliche e la ragazza mi ha risposto con tono secco e scocciato che l'iter é passare prima al desk perché bisogna prendere l'appuntamento. Ho detto che volevo fare un giro degli scaffali e la ragazza mi ha riposto con il medesimo tono brusco che di sabato non è possibile guardare i libri per gli scaffali. Credo che un sorriso e un tono più cortese nell'approcciare un cliente sia più appropriato per un luogo di cultura come una biblioteca pubblica. Dispiaciuto per la poca cordialità ricevuta, auguro comunque un buon proseguimento di lavoro.
