They've been kind and the apartment I stayed in was comfortable and well furnished. I was right in the city center, close to the train station and main tourists attractions.
I highly recommend their service.

Had a memorable experience at this place. Five minutes walk from the main train station in Florence and close to all the touristic place. Host is very friendly and made sure my stay was comfortable. Even though there is no air condition but the rooms are so cool that you don't feel the need of aircon. Big garden area was perfect for having coffee and read my favorite book!!

Incredible location for any kind of stay in Florence! Alessandra, the host, welcomed me with a smile and an introduction to both the apartment and herself. She gave me her availability in the case that I needed anything during my stay. She provided a perfect little breakfast of pastries, tea, and coffee. The apartment was excellent, very clean and comfortable, especially the beds! I slept great (hard to find)! An evening spent in the garden outback was simply perfection.
I hope to return to Alessandra's some day! Thank you!
