il tutto diventa un incubo solo ed unicamente se avete un cane che parte dalla taglia media.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulla carta d'imbarco c'era scritto di presentarsi 3 ore prima e abbiamo rispettato l'indicazione.
L'imbarco auto ha aperto due ore prima e fino a qui ok, ma avendo un van (dichiarato in prenotazione e pagato come tale) ci hanno fatto aspettare 1h e 45 minuti nel piazzale sotto al sole del 30 luglio perché ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero imbarcati per ultimi. Senza parole.
Pessima gestione
On the boarding pass it was written to show up 3 hours before and we respected the indication.
Car boarding opened two hours before and up to here ok, but having a van (declared in the reservation and paid as such) they made us wait for 1h and 45 minutes in the square under the sun of July 30th because they told us that there they would have embarked last. Without words.
