★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto in luglio/agosto una pessima esperienza con la MORFIMARE a causa credo del malfunzionamento della loro piattaforma, al limite del lecito.
Prenotato posto su traghetto per la Grecia, la piattaforma MORFIMARE mi ha venduto posti inesistenti e poi annullati e rimborsati, provocando però una certa insicurezza e forte disagio.
Finalmente vengono trovati posti sia andata che ritorno, due diverse prenotazioni, con l’accordo che la biglietteria avrebbe provveduto a fare unico biglietto per garantire lo sconto sul ritorno, accordo purtroppo mai rispettato.
Dulcis in fundo: all’imbarco debbo pagare una differenza sulla lunghezza del mezzo, non prevista dal tariffario MORFIMARE, perché il biglietto era stato emesso errato. Telefonicamente l’operatore MORFIMARE mi dice di pagare garantendo il rimborso, cosa che la Società non ha mantenuto.
I had a very bad experience with MORFIMARE in July / August due to the malfunctioning of their platform, at the limit of the lawful.
I booked a seat on the ferry to Greece, the MORFIMARE platform sold me seats that did not exist and then canceled and refunded, however, causing a certain insecurity and great discomfort.
Finally, both return and return seats are found, two different bookings, with the agreement that the ticket office would have provided a single ticket to guarantee the discount on the return, an agreement unfortunately never respected.
Last but not least: upon boarding I have to pay a difference on the length of the vehicle, not provided for in the MORFIMARE tariff, because the ticket was issued incorrectly. By telephone, the MORFIMARE operator tells me to pay by guaranteeing the refund, which the Company has not maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions réservé un ferry pour faire dubrovnik - Bari. Le jour du départ la compagnie nous informe que finalement il n’y a plus de place pour notre véhicule et qu’ils nous proposent de prendre le ferry sans la voiture (évidemment nous refusons puisque nous n’allons pas abandonner une voiture à 1500km de chez nous). Ils nous proposent alors de prendre le ferry depuis dures en Albanie (à 6h30 de route de dubrovnik) ce qui ne nous convient pas non plus !!
Résultat ils nous remboursent et nous sommes le bec dans l’eau le jour de notre départ pour lequel nous avions pourtant une confirmation de réservation et un débit du compte bancaire !
Fuyez cette compagnie, ils sont tout sauf sérieux !!!
We had booked a ferry to Dubrovnik - Bari. On the day of departure the company informs us that finally there is no more room for our vehicle and that they offer us to take the ferry without the car (obviously we refuse since we are not going to abandon a car at 1500km from with us). They then offer us to take the ferry from hard in Albania (6:30 drive from Dubrovnik) which does not suit us either !!
As a result, they refunded us and we were in the water on the day of our departure for which we nevertheless had a reservation confirmation and a debit from the bank account!
Run away from this company, they are anything but serious !!!
