Eine Woche vor dem Termin, am 23.04. 2033 bekamen wir fast täglich E-Mails über Änderungen der Abfahrt- und Ankunfszeiten, um letztendlich doch zur gebuchten Zeit abzufahren und anzukommem.
Im Hafen und auf der Fähre: Chaos wie jedesmal! Völlig unorganisiert...als ob alle ihre Arbeit das erste Mal machen. Einer sagt "Hü", der andere sagt "Hott". Es war nur ein Ticketschalter geöffnet. In der Halle standen die Menschen dicht gedrängt. Niemand ist wirklich hilfsbereit. Uns ist kein einziger freundlicher Mitarbeiter begegnet - weder im Hafen noch an Bord. Die Beschilderung ist immer noch katastrophal. Bei Camping an Bord ist Strom inkl.; nur gibt es kaum Steckdosen auf den Decks. Man bräuchte ein 100m-Kabel. Dank eines netten Campers hat es mit der Elektrizität geklappt.
Entspannend ist das alles nicht!

A week before the date, on 23.04. In 2033 we received emails almost daily about changes in departure and arrival times, only to ultimately depart and arrive at the booked time.
In the harbor and on the ferry: Chaos as always! Completely disorganized...like everyone is doing their job for the first time. One says "Hü", the other says "Hott". Only one ticket booth was open. In the hall people were crowded together. Nobody is really helpful. We didn't meet a single friendly employee - neither in the port nor on board. The signage is still disastrous. When camping on board, electricity is included; only there are hardly any sockets on the decks. You would need a 100m cable. Thanks to a nice camper, the electricity worked out.
It's not relaxing at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pass through here every 6 months. For a ferry terminal it's a dreadful place. Filthy old fashioned toilets so try to go before you get here. There is a cafe on the first floor, staff are actually very friendly and it's cheap. Full of Bulgarian and Greek truck drivers shouting at each other. Not a great place to drink your coffee. There is a cafe outside but in the more than 20 occasions I have been here it was only open once. Overpriced restaurant on the first floor. They must be losing millions of euros in annual revenue by not having a cafe with snacks, a couple of fast food places, maybe a few shops. Clean toilets would also be nice
