A due passi dall'abbazia di Sant'Egidio in Fontanella che fa respirare un senso di pace.
Il ristorante semplice e ben curato con un camino scoppiettante che riscalda l'ambiente e fa sentire a casa. I piatti della tradizione semplici e ben curati.
Tra i primi sicuramente da provare i casoncelli alla bergamasca con pancetta e parmigiano spolverato, fatti in casa oppure le casareccie alla lepre, una pasta corta fresca.
Tra i secondi sicuramente le carni sono i piatti forti. Il brasato di capriolo al ginepro con polenta molto gustoso.
La tagliata di manzo con tappeto d'insalata molto tenera...
Per finire i dolci fatti in casa e fra tutti il tiramisù che completa la giornata con una bella lode.

Pulizia, gentilezza e premura verso i clienti da parte dello staff e dei titolari Germano e Cristina. Poi, per non sbagliare si può soggiornare nel loro incantevole B&B Al colle. Prenotate e non ve ne pentirete.

Non vorrei che questo punteggio in merito al pranzo sia causa di un lunga restrizione e riaperto il locale era stracolmo .
Riproverò più in la e spero di votare un pieno 5 syelle

Il menù è molto semplice ed i piatti proposti sono della cucina tipica, ben preparati e con ingredienti di qualità.
La pasta sembra essere artigianale, ne ho apprezzato molto la cottura.
La carne è preparata con spezie ma sono dosate con parsimonia.
Buona la polenta.
L’ambiente è molto semplice ma ordinato, la sala è spaziosa e il camino rende caratteristico il posto.
Il personale è attento e cordiale.
Parcheggio riservato ai clienti e accesso facilitato grazie alla rampa all’ingresso.
Sicuramente in una bella giornata limpida si può godere di un bellissimo panorama.

The staff are attentive and friendly.
Parking reserved for customers and easy access thanks to the ramp at the entrance.
