Piatti molto curati e spiagati con eleganza e soddisfazione. Uso delle materie prime oltre le aspettative e ricerca dell'inusuale. I would have smoked a cigar at the end of the pastries with a good whiskey but he had no cigars, much less a place to smoke.

L’ambiente delicato molto curato mette subito a tuo agio e il senso di relax è immediato , argenteria anche a pranzo. Le portate tutte curate e di altissima qualità i sapori sempre molto delicati senza essere invasivi e anche le portate di loro natura decise e intense ( tipo sarde di lago ) Elaborate in maniera eccellente rendendole si decise nel gusto ma amabili al palato. Sicuramente ci torneremo molto volentieri From the first moment I felt at home, even if for us it was the first time we were welcomed by the owner like old friends. The delicate, well-kept environment immediately puts you at ease and the sense of relaxation is immediate, silverware even at lunch. The courses are all treated and of the highest quality, the flavors are always very delicate without being invasive and also the courses of their nature strong and intense (like lake sardines). The food is excellent, simple and pure. the ingredients are carefully chosen, down to the bottled water. Each plate has a story and not just a scripted one. Mr. Rote is a foremost expert of food, but at the same time is able to make you feel at ease. Never pushy, but rather a complement to the unparalleled food. this is what Italian food should be. I am not going to comment on price, since what we eat there has no comparison in terms of love and quality. You cannot put a price on a Leonardo's painting, can you? In my opinion it deserves more Michelin Stars. It's beyond me why anyone would have an experience other than perfect. Also Kudos to the kitchen as we always enjoy the company of his wife and Mother at the end of the dinner. It's always a discovery geared toward excellence and quality.
