★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zona gialla,finalmente mi siedo al tavolo ....ordino un caffè shakerato con baileys( è sia ristorante che bar) e mi arriva quello che vedete in foto : un caffè corretto baileys.....mi dico , bah si sarà sbagliato...entro al bar e chiedo un bicchiere col ghiaccio ( quanto meno lo raffreddo io) .....e il gestore mi risponde " non abbiamo ghiaccio" ....gli faccio notare che allora se ordino un caffè shakerato bastava dirmi che il ghiaccio non c'era....e il gestore senza proferire parola mi guarda e fa quasi con menefreghismo: "eh.!".....VEDEte voi se dar soldi a questi personaggi ,o andare in bar /ristoranti dove i gestori operano con serietà
 Yellow area, finally I sit at the table .... I order a coffee shaken with baileys (it is both a restaurant and a bar) and I get what you see in the picture: a correct baileys coffee ..... I tell myself, well you will be wrong ... I go into the bar and ask for a glass with ice (at least I'll cool it down) ..... and the manager replies "we don't have ice" .... I point out that if I order a shaken coffee, just tell me that the ice was not there .... and the manager without saying a word looks at me and says almost with indifference: "eh.!" ..... YOU SEE if you give money to these characters, or go to bars / restaurants where the managers operate with seriousness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pranzo domenicale. Necessaria la prenotazione. Menù fisso 20€ con scelta tra 3/4 primi 3/4 secondi e dolci. Porzioni abbondanti cibo molto buono. Molto gentili e disponibili. Tavoli anche all'aperto. Posizione centrale a pochi passi dalla casa natale di Papa Giovanni. Nelle vicinanze parchetto per i bambini. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze.
Per me promosso a pieni voti.
Sunday lunch. Reservation required. Set menu € 20 with a choice of 3/4 first 3/4 seconds and desserts. Large portions very good food. Very kind and helpful. Tables also outdoors. Central location a few steps from the birthplace of Pope John. Nearby there is a small park for children. Parking nearby.
For me, I passed with flying colors.

LOCATION , posizionata in modo strategico sulla strada principale , possibilità di mangiare all'esterno o all'interno rigorosamente solo con green pass,
PERSONALE , professionale e competente, l'educazione fa da padrona
MENÙ , 2 tipi di menù , 1 TURISTICO A 20€ , 1 DI LAVORO A 10€ , sembrano uguali ma in realtà non lo sono, leggendo le altre recensioni sembra un truffa invece le differenze ci sono.
Le portate sono abbondanti, cucinate in modo molto casalingo, sapori tipici della cucina bergamasca.
La scelta di non dare tutte le stelle sta nel fatto che le cameriere POTEVANO o DOVEVANO informarci della possibilità dei 2 menù, visto che non avevamo grosse pretese di un pranzo raffinato o quant'altro.... Comunque gli do il beneficio del dubbio che non l'abbiano fatto apposta!
Sicuramente la prossima volta che torniamo valuteremo bene se fermarci oppure no....

LOCATION, strategically located on the main road, possibility to eat outside or inside strictly only with green pass,
PERSONAL, professional and competent, education is the host
MENU, 2 types of menus, 1 TOURIST AT 20 €, 1 WORKING AT 10 €, they seem the same but in reality they are not, reading the other reviews it seems like a scam but there are differences.
The courses are abundant, cooked in a very homemade way, typical flavors of Bergamo cuisine.
The choice not to give all the stars lies in the fact that the waitresses COULD or SHOULD inform us of the possibility of the 2 menus, since we did not have big expectations of a refined lunch or anything else .... However, I give them the benefit of the doubt that they didn't do it on purpose!
Surely the next time we return we will evaluate well whether to stop or not ....
