Consiglio soprattutto il cinghiale. Speciale anche lo spiedino di progne e guanciale. Buona selezione di vini della zona. Personale molto gentile e accogliente Simply outstanding. Small place that serves street food with a particular local homemade bread (bico). Sensational burger. I especially recommend the wild boar. The progne and bacon skewer is also special. Good selection of wines from the area. Very nice and welcoming staff
M	Massimo Mandaglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essere stati accolti dai proprietari, molto gentili e simpatici, e dopo esserci seduti vicino alla finestra, dove si gode di una vista molto piacevole, abbiamo ordinato degli arrosticini veramente buoni per concludere con 2 bico e una birra artiginale. Tutto molto buono e ambiente molto piacevole, ci torneremo sicuramente se saremo nuovamente di passaggio. After being greeted by the owners, very kind and nice, and after sitting by the window, where you can enjoy a very pleasant view, we ordered some really good kebabs to finish with 2 bico and a craft beer. All very good and very pleasant environment, we will definitely be back if we are passing through again.

I migliori panini con carni locali (chianina e cinghiale) e prodotti anch'essi locali (guanciali e pecorini della zona). Consigliato per un'ottima pausa pranzo! Really hard to eat better burgers! The best sandwiches with local meats (Chianina and wild boar) and local products (bacon and pecorino from the area). Recommended for a great lunch break!
V	Von Harlock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dunque... Potrei dire "tutto perfetto" e chiuderla qua, ma sarebbe riduttivo e non sufficiente per descrivere l'esperienza avuta. Appena entrati ci hanno chiesto il green pass e ci hanno assegnato un tavolo preparato e disinfettanto come deve essere fatto se si vuole rispettare le regole. I due titolari sono gentilissimi e, come abbiamo avuto modo di condividere con loro, ci hanno coccolato grazie alla qualità incredibilmente alta del loro cibo e grazie alla simpatia. Parliamo del cibo: SPETTACOLO. I "Cinghiadella" che abbiamo mangiato erano qualcosa che sarebbe troppo limitativo descrivere come "un ottimo panino". No!!! Questa è arte, passione, competenza in quello che si fa e voglia di cercare nuovi sapori sperimentando (vedere foto per capire ingredienti e di cosa sto parlando). Ottima la birra artigianale ambrata venduta in bicchieri 0.4. Gli altri due panini che abbiamo ordinato erano semplicemente favolosi, uno dei due aveva dentro una goccia di miele che rendeva il tutto perfetto al palato. Poi il dolce... Presuntuoso... Perché quando lo abbiamo visto abbiamo pensato che si desse delle arie (suggerito anche dalla Titolare...): ricotta, noci, mandorle e miele... Lacrime di gioia. Quindi, riassumendo, se capitate da queste parti, questo posto è sicuramente un luogo in cui fermarsi. Complimenti davvero. Taaaaaaaac... So ... I could say "everything perfect" and close it here, but it would be an understatement and not enough to describe the experience. As soon as we entered we were asked for the green pass and they assigned us a table prepared and disinfected as it must be done if you want to respect the rules. The two owners are very kind and, as we had the opportunity to share with them, they pampered us thanks to the incredibly high quality of their food and thanks to the sympathy. Let's talk about food: SHOW. The "Cinghiadella" we ate were something that it would be too limiting to describe as "a great sandwich". No!!! This is art, passion, competence in what you do and the desire to try new flavors by experimenting (see photos to understand ingredients and what I'm talking about). Excellent amber craft beer sold in 0.4 glasses. The other two sandwiches we ordered were simply fabulous, one of them had a drop of honey in it which made it perfect on the palate. Then the dessert ... Presumptuous ... Because when we saw him we thought that he gave himself airs (also suggested by the Owner ...): ricotta, walnuts, almonds and honey ... Tears of joy. So in summary, if you happen to be around here, this place is definitely a place to stop. Sincere congratulations. Taaaaaaaac ...

Cotture giuste e rispettose del cibo. Atmosfera gradevole e calda. Gestori gentili e professionali. What else! La prima cosa che mi viene da dire subito, "mi aspettavo qualcosa di più". Questo non vuol dire che sono stato male, il cibo è buono. Non molto comodo mangiare dentro i cartoni, sarebbe meglio un servizio che contempli le portate con piatti tradizionali, visto che comunque si paga il coperto. Personale gentile e preparato. Locale leggermente freddino, ma comunque accettabile. Prezzi nella media. Nice little place of about ten places located in the historic center of Chianciano. Family run of course. The first thing that comes to my mind immediately, "I expected something more". This is not to say that I have been bad, the food is good. It is not very convenient to eat inside the cartons, it would be better a service that contemplates the courses with traditional dishes, since in any case you pay the cover charge. Polite and knowledgeable staff. Slightly cold place, but still acceptable. Average prices.
L	Lino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, looks as it's family run, used to be street food but now it ascended to a new level, a level I am glad I was able to try as every bit of their bico sandwiches is one step forward to the satiety of the perfect Tuscany taste. The owners were so kind as to explain the difference between Tuscany bico and Umbria's "torta al testo" which now all makes sense to me as I'm going to try making this better version at home, thanks. The only few suggestions I'd make are to cook this type of bread slightly less to avoid all the many burnt patches and use less oil but hey for this latter part of the suggestion who am I to judge it, considering the street food origin. Also the only place in the area to make bico, so just get here if you want real Tuscany food ?
