★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant looks very nice and well kept, the food looked delicious...but the staff rather unwelcoming (especially very rude lady with the short hair). We came few minutes too early and were told it's not open yet. We said ok, had a walk came back (2people) and were told there is no place, inside or outside, despite having places in the garden. A young lady was being helpful and we said we don't mind where we sit, when the other one was telling her in Italian (you are not allowed- probably thinking we don't understand Italian). It would be fair from the staff to inform us that reservation is necessary (although it didn't look so).
We couldn't believed the staff of a pleasant looking restaurant is so rude. Hopefully, you will change the rudness or the staff, otherwise I sincerely hope your guests will realise other smaller places are worth the try. Not far away on the main square are two pleasant restaurants (not posh looking) with brilliant cuisine. If you want good food and friendly service with a smile, go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a friendly location. Perfect to enjoy the Tuscan air and share a pork chop cooked here with a local wine. The food was very tasty! The only downside was no English menu, and of course only one lady knew English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is gorgeous! The menu is a bit different from what I get used to see during vacation in Italy. However everything was so beautiful and so tasty! 5 star! The only drawback was no English menu, but staff translated it to English and explain the dishes.
