★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incontrato di passaggio, decido di fermarmi sperando di comprare del buon pane. M'illudevo. La titolare mi spaccia per "pane pugliese" una specie di ciabatta pesantissima e dall'aspetto tutt'altro che piacevole a vedersi. Che sfiga! Proprio a me che sono pugliese. Stavo per scoppiare a ridere ed avrei voluto dirle che di pugliese quel pane non aveva proprio nulla: né la forma né la sostanza (probabilmente la tapina non è mai stata in Puglia e non ha mai assaggiato il vero pane pugliese) ma mi sono trattenuto per non urtare la sensibilità della signora. L'ho pagato (tanto per giunta...visto che pesava, non a caso, quanto un pezzo di cemento) e sono andato via, con il serio proposito di non passare mai più davanti a quella panetteria nemmeno per sbaglio.
Met in passing, I decide to stop hoping to buy some good bread. M'illudevo. The owner passes me off as "Apulian bread", a kind of heavy ciabatta that is anything but pleasant to look at. What bad luck! Just me who is from Puglia. I was about to burst out laughing and I wanted to tell her that the Apulian bread had nothing at all: neither the shape nor the substance (probably the tapina has never been in Puglia and has never tasted the real Apulian bread) but I stayed for do not hurt the sensitivity of the lady. I paid for it (just as much ... as it weighed, not surprisingly, as much as a piece of cement) and I went away, with the serious intention of never going past that bakery again, not even by mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panificio ben rifornito, focacce buone, buon impasto e ben condite. Il prezzo è un po' caro €11 al Kg. Proprietaria gentile e cordiale.
Well stocked bakery, good focaccia, good dough and well seasoned. The price is a bit expensive € 11 per Kg. The owner is kind and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panificio piuttosto fornito, preparano anche molte focacce e pizze. Il pane è buono ma troppo denso. Le focacce si pagano a peso d’oro. La titolare è molto gentile e cordiale.
