Colazione veramente "misera", salvata solo dalla "gentilezza" del personale preposto al servizio del cibo e da una cameriera veramente solerte che ha portato un tè chiesto 5 minuti prima ad un collega (VIVA LE DONNE SEMPRE). FANTASTICA LA MASSAGGIATRICE RITA con la Sua discrezione e professionalità è riuscita a sciogliere le mie contratture liberando i miei POLI. Questo le è valso l'appellativo di "SANTA RITA" colei che ha liberato TESTA ed ANIMA di CLAUDIA (Mia figlia, mio marito, i miei parenti e amici sanno che non esagero definendolo MIRACOLO). Claudia The rooms a little retro, for an allergic person like me, the carpet is not the best. Friendly and kind reception staff. Really "poor" breakfast, saved only by the "kindness" of the staff in charge of serving the food and by a really diligent waitress who brought a tea asked 5 minutes before to a colleague (ALWAYS WOMEN ALWAYS). FANTASTIC MASSEUSE RITA with her discretion and professionalism managed to dissolve my contractures by freeing my POLES. This earned her the nickname of "SANTA RITA" the one who freed CLAUDIA's HEAD and SOUL (My daughter, my husband, my relatives and friends know that I am not exaggerating by calling it MIRACLE). Letto "matrimoniale" (due letti singoli accoppiati) durissimo, per chi soffre di mal di schiena è la sue morte! Personale, quando li trovavi erano cortesi, peccato che non c'era quasi mai nessuno in reception.. piscina molto bella ambiente rilassante! Per la spa siamo rimasti delusi, poiche in fase di prenotazione non siamo stati avvisati che era tutto chiuso tranne piscina calda con idromassaggio e sauna. Starting with the room which was supposed to be a deluxe but everything was less than the latter. "Double" bed (two single beds joined together) very hard, for those suffering from back pain it is his death! Staff, when you found them were courteous, too bad there was hardly anyone in reception .. very nice pool relaxing environment! For the spa we were disappointed, as we were not advised when booking that everything was closed except the hot pool with whirlpool and sauna.

Personale qualificato, molto disponibile ed accogliente (specie i camerieri di sala come la simpatia Sig.ra Fiorella) Criticità: - la palestra era chiusa per mancanza di personale - la piscina della spa aveva diversi getti non funzionanti e comunque insufficienti per numero e qualità - il personale della spa molto capace e disponibile Retro structure, well maintained and clean. Qualified staff, very helpful and welcoming (especially the waiters like the sympathy Mrs. Fiorella) Critical issues: - the gym was closed due to lack of staff - the spa pool had several non-functioning jets and in any case insufficient in number and quality - very capable and helpful spa staff
V	Valentina Mazzarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante le camere siano un vero e proprio salto negli anni 70, il weekend passato in questo albergo è stato piacevole. Le camere decisamente retrò sono comunque ben pulite, confortevoli e sileziose. Io e la mia famiglia eravamo con un gruppo organizzato e ad alcuni compagni di viaggio sono toccate delle camere ristrutturate e ammodernate. Il personale è molto professionale e disponibile. Bella la hall con bar e la sala ristorante. Buona la prima colazione dolce e salata. Il menù del ristorante andrebbe svecchiato... fa un po' "pensione" anche se i piatti erano buoni. Non abbiamo usufruito della spa perché ancora chiusa visto che il locale aveva anticipato l'apertura proprio per l'evento sportivo al quale partecipavamo. Le terme Tehia sono comunque a soli 5 minuti in auto, raggiungibili anche a piedi, come anche il Centro Acqua Santa. Nel nostro caso, il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato decisamente molto buono: dal 1 al 3 aprile, 510€ in 4 persone (2 camere comunicanti) per 2 notti con colazione più 4 pasti compresi. Lo consiglio soprattutto alle famiglie e a chi ha voglia di passare dei giorni di relax senza guardare troppo all'estetica. Although the rooms are a real leap into the 70s, the weekend spent in this hotel was pleasant. The decidedly retro rooms are nevertheless very clean, comfortable and quiet. My family and I were with an organized group and some traveling companions were given some refurbished and modernized rooms. The staff are very professional and helpful. The hall with bar and the restaurant are beautiful. Good sweet and savory breakfast. The restaurant menu needs updating ... it's a bit "retired" even if the dishes were good. We did not use the spa because it is still closed since the place had anticipated the opening just for the sporting event in which we were participating. The Tehia thermal baths are however only 5 minutes by car, reachable on foot, as well as the Acqua Santa Center. In our case, the value for money was very good: from 1 to 3 April, 510 € in 4 people (2 communicating rooms) for 2 nights with breakfast plus 4 meals included. I recommend it especially to families and to those who want to spend some relaxing days without looking too much at aesthetics.

D	Danika Gagaza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It costs 10 Euro per person per day to use the spa, but i thought it was worth it. We had dinner at the hotel which is the reason i am giving it 4 stats. It wasnt worth what we were paying for. The man at reception got us pastries and coffee even though we were issed breakfast. Overall, nice hotel, near the city center. I recommend
