★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che siamo stati in questo albergo avevamo prenotato per due notti. Ce ne siamo andati ma non prima di aver prenotato altre due notti pochi giorni dopo! Abbiamo soggiornato in tanti alberghi ma da nessuna parte siamo stati così bene, trattati meglio che a casa. La prima volta abbiamo soggiornato in una bella camera con vista stupenda, la seconda nella suite, davvero bellissima, spaziosa, pulitissima, con cucina, zona giorno, camera e terrazzino con vista su Montepulciano. La spa privata di coppia é assolutamente rilassante, tra Jacuzzi, sauna e doccia idromassaggio. L'albergo è davvero stupendo, in stile classico con opere d'arte appese alle pareti e mobili di valore anche se il vero valore aggiunto é il personale: Lavinia e Simone sono due persone speciali, gentilissimi, ci hanno accolto come a casa e abbiamo chiacchierato come vecchi amici. Grazie davvero di tutto e a prestissimo.
 The first time we stayed at this hotel we had booked for two nights. We left but not before booking another two nights a few days later! We have stayed in many hotels but nowhere have we been so well treated better than at home. The first time we stayed in a beautiful room with a wonderful view, the second in the suite, really beautiful, spacious, spotless, with kitchen, living area, bedroom and terrace overlooking Montepulciano. The private spa for couples is absolutely relaxing, including Jacuzzi, sauna and hydromassage shower. The hotel is truly wonderful, in a classic style with works of art hanging on the walls and valuable furniture even if the real added value is the staff: Lavinia and Simone are two special people, very kind, they welcomed us like at home and we chatted like old friends. Thank you very much for everything and see you very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo soggiorno. Camere spaziose e pulite. L'albergo è arredato con gusto e ha una bellissima terrazza all'ultimo piano accessibile h24 e fornita di diversi idromassaggi. Incluso nel prezzo abbiamo potuto utilizzare la carinissima zona Spa per un'ora (idromassaggio, sauna e docce sensoriali). Il personale è gentile e professionale.
Beautiful stay. Spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is tastefully furnished and has a beautiful terrace on the top floor accessible 24 hours a day and equipped with various whirlpools. Included in the price we were able to use the very nice Spa area for an hour (whirlpool, sauna and sensory showers). The staff are polite and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite molto spaziosa, pulita con balcone e vista panoramica , uso esclusivo della spa (all'ora prenotata) e massaggio incluso nel prezzo! Sicuramente è il migliore hotel di Chianciano Terme.
Da migliorare la colazione, il punto forte è il personale ! Super consigliato.
Very spacious, clean suite with balcony and panoramic view, exclusive use of the spa (at the booked time) and massage included in the price! It is certainly the best hotel in Chianciano Terme.
To improve the breakfast, the highlight is the staff! Super recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war eine ausgesprochen überwältigende und herzliche Gastfreundschaft vorhanden! So etwas haben wir in keinem Hotel jemals erlebt.
Alles war alles sehr sauber und es gibt immer wieder Bereiche (Spa, Dachterrasse...) die einen positiv überraschen.
Der Service am Frühstücksbuffet war einzigartig. Wünsche werden hier von den Lippen abgelesen.
There was an extremely overwhelming and warm hospitality! We have never experienced anything like this in any hotel.
Everything was very clean and there are always areas (spa, roof terrace...) that surprise you positively.
The service at the breakfast buffet was unique. Wishes are read from the lips here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura oltre ad essere elegantissima e curata, è silenziosa e gode di una bellissima vista sulle colline. Apri le finestre e senti gli uccelli che cantano, di giorno e di notte. Suite con soggiorno, cucina, bagno e doppio balcone. Un'ora di spa al giorno: piccolina, ma intima (si può prendere anche una bottiglia di prosecco) e a parer mio adatta a chi, come noi, non passa molto tempo in hotel. Ma il punto forte è il personale: gentilissime, disponibili in qusiasi momento (anche via whatsapp), alla mano e professionali. Noi ci siamo affezionati ad Angela, che si occupava delle colazioni: ci ha trattati letteralmente come fossimo suoi nipoti. Torneremo sicuramente!
As well as being very elegant and well-kept, the structure is quiet and enjoys a beautiful view of the hills. Open the windows and hear the birds singing, day and night. Suite with living room, kitchen, bathroom and double balcony. An hour of spa a day: small, but intimate (you can also get a bottle of prosecco) and in my opinion suitable for those who, like us, do not spend much time in the hotel. But the strong point is the staff: very kind, available at any time (even via whatsapp), easy-going and professional. We are fond of Angela, who took care of the breakfasts: she literally treated us as if we were her grandchildren. We will definitely be back!

We went for a long weekend break and needed somewhere to stay that was close enough to Florence yet allowed us to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan scenery, and this place did not disappoint. The views from the room and roof top where outstanding and the private spa (perfect for any romantic getaway) topped it all of. The staff where friendly and helpful and even directed us to what must have been one of the most beautiful restaurants we have ever visited (Chiostro Cennini incase anyone is interested). Overall happy with this little gem of a place.
