★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stata fatta una promozione diversa da quella accordata dalla moglie del titolare, sono tornato per chiarire e mi è stato detto di aver capito male. In poche parole sono passato a una promozione peggiore di quella precedente per un loro malinteso. Sono stato trattato con cortesia dal titolare ma in modo molto scortese dalla moglie quando ho detto che non è stata onesta. Credo che non sia stata onesta perché continuava a mentire sui fatti. Ancora peggio sono stato trattato dal figlio che si è intromesso nel discorso in modo molto sgarbato e alzando la voce senza conoscere il problema. Personalmente bastava un mi dispiace da parte della signora e la cosa si sarebbe conclusa in modo sereno.
I was given a promotion other than that granted by the owner's wife, I came back to clarify and I was told I misunderstood. In a nutshell, I went to a worse promotion than the previous one because of their misunderstanding. I was treated politely by the owner but very rude to his wife when I said she was not honest. I guess she wasn't honest because she kept lying about the facts. Even worse, I was treated by my son who intruded on the speech in a very rude way and raised his voice without knowing the problem. Personally, a sorry was enough from the lady and it would have ended in a peaceful way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri la mia compagna si è recata presso Il telefonino per chiedere delle informazioni. Il gestore non essendo evidentemente così esperto non ha saputo dare risposta e quando la mia compagna gli ha chiesto allora dove sarebbe potuta andare la sua risposta e stata questa: "non è un problema mio" .
Io sinceramente mi vergognerei di dare certe risposte ai miei cliente. Non acquistero qualcosa in questo negozio neanche se dovessi rimanere senza cellulare a vita. Bravo.
