★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un auricolare a filo e mi hanno venduto un auricolare a filo ma funzionante solo con Bluetooth, senza avvisarmi di ciò. Una volta accortomi sono tornato in negozio chiedendo che mi restituissero i soldi ed uno dei due commessi , credo il titolare, si è innervosito e mi ha detto che non si può, che con lo scontrino in Italia si pagano già le tasse, se volevo mi detraeva il 20%, per non rimetterci ho dovuto prendere un originale, a 5 euro in più del prezzo di mercato. Quello che mi ha stupito è stata la maleducazione e la mancanza di servizio, orribile. L’altro ragazzo era gentile ma si vedeva che era sottomesso al capo. Questa è stata l’ultima volta che acquisto in un negozio cinese, anche se sono consapevole che non sono tutti maleducati ed incolti come questo.
I requested a wired headset and they sold me a wired headset that worked only with Bluetooth, without telling me about it. Once accortomi I returned to the store asking they restituite me money and one of the two clerks, I believe the owner, was nervous and told me that you can not, that with the receipt in Italy you already pay taxes, if you wanted me deducted 20%, so as not to lose out I had to take an original, at 5 euros more than the market price. What amazed me was the rudeness and lack of service, horrible. The other boy was kind but you could see that he was subject to the boss. This was the last time I bought in a Chinese store, although I am aware that they are not all rude and uneducated like this.
