Ho portato un PC portatile con schermo rotto il 20 Agosto 2020. Mi dicono che ci sarebbero voluti circa 2 giorni per aprirlo e capire il costo del pezzo, più una settimana per ripararlo.
Dopo 2 giorni infatti mi comunicano il costo, 250€ per uno schermo generico 15" 60hz. Prezzo molto alto ma mi va più che bene visto che del PC avevo bisogno subito.
Passa una settimana ma mi dicono che il pezzo ordinato era difettato, e che avrebbero dovuto rifare l'ordine.
Passa un'altra settimana e mi dicono che un altro ordine era difettato.
Passa un'altra settimana e mi dicono che devono cambiare fornitore
Passa un'altra settimana e mi dicono che anche il fornitore nuovo ha il pezzo difettato.
Passo di persona chiedendo di poterlo riprendere ma mi dicono che non è possibile, che ormai è aperto e che avrebbero avuto bisogno di tempo per chiuderlo.
Passa un'altra settimana e mi dicono che devono ancora fare la seconda spedizione.
Passa un'altra settimana e mi dicono che tutti gli schermi di tutta Italia sono difettati, di portare pazienza.
Dopo 2 mesi e una settimana finalmente mi comunicano che il PC è pronto, e che il costo totale sarà di solo 200€ perché hanno trovato uno schermo che costava meno.
Al di là della presa in giro sia per il costo (non sanno neanche dove ordinare pezzi che costano meno? Non sono competenti?) che per le varie scuse, lo schermo sostituito ha tracce di polvere "dietro" il primo vetro, oltre a 2 pixel non funzionanti in alto a destra.
In sintesi prezzi medio-alti, tempi lunghissimi, qualità del prodotto scadente. Ovviamente non tornerò chiedendo una sostituzione, non avendo altri 2 mesi da buttare via.
Absolutely not recommended
I brought a laptop with a broken screen on August 20, 2020. They tell me it would take about 2 days to open it and figure out the cost of the part, plus a week to fix it.
In fact, after 2 days they tell me the cost, 250 € for a generic 15 "60hz screen. Very high price but it suits me just fine since I needed the PC immediately.
A week goes by but they tell me that the ordered piece was defective, and that they should have re-ordered.
Another week goes by and they tell me that another order was defective.
Another week goes by and they tell me they have to switch suppliers
Another week goes by and they tell me that the new supplier also has the defective part.
I pass in person asking to be able to take it back but they tell me that it is not possible, that it is now open and that they would need time to close it.
Another week goes by and they tell me they still have to make the second expedition.
Another week goes by and they tell me that all screens throughout Italy are defective, to be patient.
After 2 months and a week they finally tell me that the PC is ready, and that the total cost will be only € 200 because they found a screen that was cheaper.
Beyond the mockery of both the cost (they don't even know where to order cheaper pieces? Aren't they competent?) And the various excuses, the replaced screen has traces of dust "behind" the first glass, in addition to 2 broken pixels in the upper right.
In summary, medium-high prices, very long times, poor product quality. Obviously I will not return asking for a replacement, not having another 2 months to throw away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente! Si sono comportati in modo molto scorretto. Ho lasciato il mio pc per verificare se la scheda video funzionava correttamente. Mi è stato detto che in un paio di giorni sarebbe stato pronto. Ovviamente ho detto che mi serviva per lavorare e li ho pregati di farlo con una certa urgenza. Dopo una settimana ho chiamato e mi hanno risposto che non era pronto fino all'indomani. Il giorno successivo sono andato a prelevarlo e mi è stato detto che non era pronto. Ho detto, molto cortesemente, che lo rivolevo. Mi han detto di aspettare mezzora fuori dalla porta. Dopo dieci minuti mi hanno riconsegnato il pc dandomi qualche ridicola informazione immaginando che non sapessi niente di computer. Pensavo fosse finita lì ed invece mi chiede 30 euro. Dopo che mi ha fatto pagare mi ha anche chiesto "vuoi lo scontrino?". Insomma Sconsiglio vivamente!
I strongly advise against! They behaved very badly. I left my pc to check if the video card was working properly. I was told it would be ready in a couple of days. Of course I said I needed it to work and I asked them to do so with some urgency. After a week I called and they said it wasn't ready until the next day. The next day I went to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready. I said, very politely, that I wanted him back. They told me to wait half an hour outside the door. After ten minutes they gave me back my pc giving me some ridiculous information imagining that I didn't know anything about computers. I thought it was over there and instead he asks me for 30 euros. After he made me pay he also asked me "do you want a receipt?". In short, I strongly advise against it!
