La disponibilità, la cortesia e l'infinita pazienza di Linda nel consigliarmi i materiali assecondando le mie richieste e rispettando il budget che mi ero prefissata, mi hanno conquistato fin da subito. Valentino è un professionista che ama il lavoro eseguito alla perfezione. Tra le tante qualità ho apprezzato, oltre al suo senso estetico, la capacità di problem solving e la decisione di farsi carico di lavori che, pur non di sua competenza, avrebbero ritardato la data di consegna concordata. Un ringraziamento va anche a Gianni che ha posato il parquet in modo ineccepibile. Arte in Posa ha superato tutte le mie, già elevatissime, aspettative. Grazie ancora per tutto. Siamo stati contenti soprattutto in relazione alla puntualità, avendo necessità di entrare in casa dopo aver disdetto l'affitto precedente e i tempi sono stati rispettati come da accordi. Valentino è rimasto in contatto con noi dopo aver ultimato i lavori per avere un feedback su eventuali perdite (presente una nella doccia, è stata sistemata nel giro di 3/4 giorni dalla chiamata dimostrando quindi buona disponibilità). I materiali ci sembrano buoni, resistenti ed esteticamente molto piacevoli. Unica piccola pecca da segnalare: il led installato nello specchio fa davvero poca luce, per il resto tutto molto bene. Il prezzo per il rifacimento totale del bagno grande circa 5 metri quadri (smaltimento vecchi sanitari, piastrelle nuove, controllo idraulica, tutti i sanitari e mobili nuovi) è stato sui 9000 euro. We were happy especially in relation to punctuality, having the need to enter the house after having canceled the previous rent and the times were respected as agreed. Valentino remained in contact with us after completing the work to get feedback on any leaks (there was one in the shower, it was fixed within 3/4 days of the call, thus demonstrating good availability). The materials seem to us good, resistant and aesthetically very pleasant. The only small flaw to report: the LED installed in the mirror makes very little light, otherwise everything is very good. The price for the total refurbishment of the large bathroom (about 5 square meters) (disposal of old bathroom fixtures, new tiles, hydraulic control, all new bathroom fittings and furniture) was around 9,000 euros.
