In tutti gli altro centri di riparazione mi avevano detto che non si poteva riparare ma piuttosto di buttarlo via,l'ho portato comunque.
In una settimana mi hanno risolto il problema proponendomi anche soluzioni per renderlo più veloce!! Sono davvero soddisfatta!!!
I went to the store with a PC problem
In all the other repair centers they told me that it couldn't be repaired but rather throw it away, I took it anyway.
In a week they solved the problem by offering me solutions to make it faster !! I am really satisfied !!!

The elderly gentleman absolutely disinclined to explanations. Extremely rude. We sorted it out by going elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima formazione del personale, hanno cercato di vendermi un abbonamento anziché reintegrare il numero di telefono. Consiglierei un CORSO prima di appendere il logo TIM all‘entrata.
Altro che servizio clienti, si parla di vendita abbonamenti con percentuali di guadagni per il venditore.
Bad staff training, they tried to sell me a subscription instead of replenishing the phone number. I would recommend a COURSE before hanging the TIM logo at the entrance.
Other than customer service, we talk about selling subscriptions with percentages of earnings for the seller.
