A	Andrea Colussi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace dare una valutazione bassa, perché ho lavorato in posta e il clima e il modo di lavorare era diverso, per fortuna non tutti i posti sono uguali.. Comunque tutte le volte che ci sono andato per delle commissioni ho trovato problemi con una dipendente in particolare.. Sempre scortese(che posso anche sorvolare) ma anche capace di errori basici per una che lavora allo sportello.. Per il resto il personale è preparato e cortese, forse non piaccio a questa persona e ho la sfortuna di essere servito sempre da questa.. Mah.. Lavoro con la gente per 10h al giorno.. Non sono tutti i giorni uguale neanche io, ma non sono mai maleducato . I am sorry to give a low rating, because I worked in the post and the climate and the way of working was different, luckily not all the places are the same .. However, every time I went there for errands I found problems with an employee in particular .. Always rude (which I can also fly over) but also capable of basic errors for one who works at the counter .. For the rest the staff is prepared and courteous, maybe this person doesn't like me and I have the misfortune of being always served from this .. Mah .. I work with people for 10h a day .. In rare occasioni ho trovato un tale provincialismo coniugato ad una tale mancanza di rispetto. Se fossero dipendenti di un settore privato, con la presenza costante del "capo" in sede lavorativa, tre quarti del personale sarebbe stato sicuramente licenziato giá da tempo. Bad service. Rude, rude, patently lazy staff (Despite being extremely patient, understanding and polite). On rare occasions I have found such provincialism combined with such lack of respect. If they were employees of a private sector, with the constant presence of the "boss" in the workplace, three quarters of the staff would certainly have been fired for some time.

Non è possibile arrivare e trovare 20 persone davanti (20 persone)...le poste fanno mille servizi: prestiti, vendita, banca, Telefonia ecc....ma qual’è il senso di fare tanti servizi se poi non hanno la struttura adeguata per accoglierli? Si crea solamente molto flusso di gente e attese spasmodiche I don't have it with the post staff who are always very kind and helpful but with those who dose the staff. It is not possible to arrive and find 20 people in front (20 people) ... the post office does a thousand services: loans, sales, bank, telephony etc .... but what is the sense of doing many services if they do not have the structure adequate to accommodate them? Le impiegate oltre ad essere riuscite a risolvermi un grosso problema ,sono state davvero gentili.Ho potuto notare la loro preparazione ma soprattutto l'empatia nel trattare le varie tipologie di utenti: una pazienza infinita! I would like to pay a big compliment to all the staff of the Latisana offices. The employed in addition to being able to solve a big problem for me, they were really kind. I could see their preparation but above all the empathy in dealing with the various types of users: an infinite patience!

Una dipendente in particolare insisteva sul fatto che mi ricassi io di persona a portare il pacco al destinatario. Ci vado solo perché obbligata data la vicinanza a casa! Incompetent staff. L	Luca Ramuscello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiedo se i postini vengano scelti a seconda dell'handicap che hanno....non è possibile che se una persona si trova a casa, il postino invece di constatare se ci sia qualcuno in casa, metta un'avviso di giacenza e poi se ne va! Capisco che per ogni tot bisogna assumere un diversamente abile, ma faranno un corso o no??? Non ci vuole tanto!!! Da quando manca il signor Renato Gentile, la posta di Latisana può chiudere!!! Ieri, 5 Aprile 2022 ho aspettato da mattina a sera che venissero per un ritiro, ho aspettato fino alle 18,30, poi nella cassetta della posta ho trovato i moduli del ritiro !!! Ma io mi chiedo :SUONARE UN CAMPANELLO NOOOO ????? Telefono e mi dicono che son passati e "" NON HANNO TROVATO NESSUNO " !!!! (Ripeto....LI STAVO ASPETTANDO NEL MIO GARAGE DI CASA, APERTO CHE DISTA MENO DI UN METRO DALLA CASSETTA DELLA POSTA, DAL MATTINO !!! ERO A CASA E IL MIO CAMPANELLO FUNZIONA PERFETTAMENTE !!), al che, dopo la telefonata che ho fatto, mi mandano una mail nella quale dicono : Data ritiro 6 Aprile 2022 - MATTINA !!!! Ora , sono le 12,15 e qui non è ancora arrivato nessuno !!! Mi rivolgo alla Direzione ....MA QUESTA E' SERIETA' ??? Una giornata e mezza persa per non vedere nessuno !!! UNA VERGOGNA !!!!!
