Ho portato il mio iPhone a riparare e ho avuto risposta dopo un mese abbondante e dopo diverse sollecitazioni per il dilungarsi dei tempi, che purtroppo non c'era nulla da fare. Accetto la diagnosi (che verifichero) ma sinceramente i tempi sono stati molto molto lunghi. La persona che si occupa della riparazione(esterna) che mi ha contattato telefonicamente non è stata per nulla cordiale. Detto questo, siamo tutti qui per lavorare e gli intoppi ci possono essere per tutti. Viste le altre recensioni, mi viene da dire che probabilmente sono stato sfortunato io e che normalmente la gente ne esce soddisfatta. Chissà magari in futuro.......
I do not know how to evaluate the situation ... But unfortunately I can not think of phrases for a good review. I brought my iPhone to repair and I had an answer after a full month and after several requests for the length of time, which unfortunately there was nothing to do. I accept the diagnosis (which I will verify) but sincerely the times have been very long. The person in charge of the (external) repair who contacted me by phone was not at all friendly. That said, we are all here to work and the hitches can be there for everyone. Given the other reviews, I would like to say that I was probably unlucky and that normally people come out satisfied. Who knows maybe in the future .......
