★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dare una recensione positiva poiche' ho portato il mio smartphone a riparare lo schermo. Mentre in altri posti il cambio schermo viene fatto in un ora circa, da loro ho dovuto aspettare una settimana. Inoltre, nel costo preventivato di 80 euro, mi avrebbero dovuto cambiare sia lo schermo che la batteria (cosi' mi hanno detto loro) poiche' viene venduto tutto in blocco e cambiare solo lo schermo mi sarebbe costato solo 10€ in meno. Purtroppo quando sono andata a ritirare il mio smartphone ho dovuto pagare 80 € per la sola sostituzione dello schermo. Quando ho spiegato che, secondo quanto mi avevano detto loro, avrebbero dovuto cambiarmi anche la batteria, se ne sono venuti fuori con scuse assurde. Alla fine mi hanno detto che mi avevano sostituito anche la batteria. Cosa non vera poiche' ,dopo averla caricata, ho potuto constatare che la sua durata non vale assolutamente una nuova.
I cannot give a positive review as I took my smartphone to repair the screen. While in other places the screen change takes about an hour, I had to wait a week from them. Furthermore, in the estimated cost of 80 euros, they would have had to change both the screen and the battery (so they told me) since everything is sold in bulk and changing only the screen would have cost me only 10 € less. Unfortunately when I went to collect my smartphone I had to pay € 80 for the screen replacement alone. When I explained that, according to what they had told me, they would have to change my battery too, they came up with absurd excuses. Eventually they told me they had also replaced my battery. Which is not true since, after having uploaded it, I could see that its duration is absolutely not worth a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capacita pessime chiesto aiuto per acquisto di un tablet dove andava istallato un programma particolare acquistato un sansung tab 7 lo ho ritirato dopo 2 giorni e non sono riuscita a fare niente hanno dato la colpa al programma, ho chiesto di tenerselo e sul tablet cerano delle botte e mi hanno riferito che per colpa delle botte non potevano ritirarlo.da dove sono venute queste ammaccature???? Pessimo negozio
Bad capacity I asked for help to buy a tablet where a particular program was installed purchased a sansung tab 7 I collected it after 2 days and I could not do anything they blamed the program, I asked to keep it and there were some barrel on the tablet and they told me that because of the blows they could not withdraw it. where did these dents come from ???? Bad shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono gentili e disponibili, ma... Ho portato il mio tablet per il cambio della batteria, e il 'tecnico' ha guastato lo schermo. Tablet inservibile. Giustificazione: succede! Non sono assicurati, quindi non rispondono dei guasti. Un vero tecnico altrove me lo ha sistemato in un paio d'ore con un nuovo schermo, naturalmente a mie spese.
They are nice and helpful, but ... I brought my tablet for a battery change, and the 'tech' broke the screen. Unusable tablet. Justification: it happens! They are not insured, therefore they are not liable for breakdowns. A real technician elsewhere fixed it for me in a couple of hours with a new screen, at my expense of course.
