Il resto, agenti non agenti, solleciti, ritardi e compagnia cantando non è importante ( a quanto pare è colpa sempre degli agenti..), parimenti non mi interessano neanche gli umori di chi ti riceve, quello non è un problema mio, ma di chi ha a che fare con la clientela, l'importante è essere educati e cortesi quando si riceve un cliente e quello c'è, poi se è di facciata, non è importante nemmeno quello, o meglio, non deve essere un mio problema........... Indi per cui 3 stelle va bene, cioè nè meglio, nè peggio di molti altri. saluti e grazie
